After loads of emails finally got the returns address to return my Rockbros cycle helmet to Lightinthebox. *Was unable to access their Web page for returns. *Was told I could send it back. Did so by Royal mail tracked that cost £**.*It should have taken * days to get back to China. *However that was a few weeks ago & so far have sent them * emails to try & find out what's happening. *I have read that they have terrible customer service & beginning to see why. Why make something so complicated when you can keep it simple? *Anyway am waiting for an email from Lightinthebox to say my return is being processed & refund of £** will go back into my account. I know that I have paid for shipping so won't get that money back*I think there should be more awareness of which country you are buying from. *From now on will only purchase online from a reputable English company. *Hope you get the answers that I haven't been able to get from Lightinthebox. *Thanks for your present & future help *Kind regards *Rachel Best x *email address:******@***.com
