When I put Visa card information in and click on to pay it will not accept inf Ration and payment the page just sits there. Is the website having problems where it is not completing and accepting payment

Ordering blouse ... I ordered cute blouse and my password was incorrect. I put in letter in small cap and it should have been capitalized. I am ** years old and am stressed out totally. I am so tired of talking to a machine instead of a real person. I have tried to go in and set up account again by correcting mistake. This is my first order to place with light in the box. I went to place order put in all financial information and it does not go to place order and send confirmation to my email that the order has been placed. I am really upset about it because the blouse is cute and I don’t have many blouses
Entered all credit card to pay and never accepted the page just stayed the same never went to page for confirmation of order
Is website having problems where it is not accepting payments for online orders

Don’t know what else to do. Order is still showing pending. Waiting for payment
