I have placed two orders with Lightinthebox.com but have not yet received either of them. On my account, it falsely shows that I have received the items when I haven't. The first order number is [redacted][redacted], and the second order number is [redacted][redacted]. I would like these items to be sent to my address promptly at 7b Vicarage Grove, Camberwell, London, SE5 7LW. I am disappointed with the situation and find it deceitful to mark them as received. If I do not receive my orders, I will report your company to the Trade Union for this fraudulent behavior. I will also contact PayPal, the payment method I used, and note the absence of a phone number for customer service. I am anticipating the arrival of my orders as detailed above. Thank you. - A.B. K.

I recently purchased a shirt from your website that was supposed to be suitable for everyday use. Unfortunately, after the first wash, a button came off. Despite having washed similar shirts without any issues, this particular one did not hold up. I kindly request assistance from Light in The Box to return the defective item and receive a replacement.

I purchased a dress and accessories for a Peaky Blinders themed party from Light In The Box on 01/04/[redacted]. Although the website indicated a delivery time of 3-5 working days, I was later informed it would take 7 days. In response, I ordered from another retailer and successfully received my outfit in time for the event. Upon my return, I discovered the package from Light In The Box had been delivered. I have been attempting to address this issue with Customer Service using ticket numbers [redacted]0, [redacted]2, and [redacted]6. Despite replying promptly to ticket [redacted]6 on 29/04/[redacted], I have not received any further communication regarding the return process. I am dissatisfied with the lack of response and feel that Light In The Box is delaying the refund process unnecessarily. I am prepared to return the package, but I request more information regarding ticket [redacted]6. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter to avoid seeking legal assistance.

I purchased 2 windscreen sun visors which were said to be shipped. Despite not receiving them, I got this response: "We apologize for using the Postal Service incorrectly to ship your order. Your items were sent via DHL eCommerce-untrack on [redacted]-04-25 with reference number HKAST[redacted]90CUZJ, which can't be tracked online due to our shipping method. If your package hasn't arrived by [redacted]-06-02, contact us. We're sorry and offer a 3.60 GBP reward for the inconvenience." I am not interested in a token apology, I just want a refund because I haven't received my items and want to be reimbursed promptly.

I have been trying to cancel this order since last week because it was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days, by May 9th, but now I received a message saying it will arrive on May 17th. It's too late for my wedding, so I need a refund to the same card I used for purchase. I have tried to contact you three times about this, but there is no phone number provided. I mistakenly ordered a pair of brown shoes instead of the black ones I wanted, both in the same model and size. When I realized my error, I promptly canceled the order, which I paid for with my VISA card and even paid extra for expedited shipping as I need the shoes for my upcoming wedding in seven days. After canceling, Sarah from customer service suggested I exchange the brown shoes for the black ones, but I had already canceled the order without receiving a refund. I am willing to forego the refund if I can receive the correct black shoes in time. However, if this is not possible, I urgently need a refund. Additionally, I encountered an issue with my address selection during the order process. I have not received any further communication after addressing these concerns to Sarah. I purchased a pair of navy summer shoes labeled as leather for my husband, but they are not leather; the trim is cheap plastic, making them look low-quality. I believe I paid around £35 for them. Later, I noticed they were on sale for £10 less than what I paid. Last year, I got nice summer shoes from you, but couldn't find a similar pair this time, which led to the purchase of these unsatisfactory shoes. I don't have a receipt, but you should have a record of my purchase. The shoes are navy with a breathable upper and have a shiny man-made trim around the sole and front, which I find misleading based on your description. I trust your brand for quality, but this purchase doesn't meet that standard. I hope you consider my complaint valid and address it appropriately. I am willing to return the unworn shoes, but I don't want to cover the return postage.

I received the wrong size item and each time I visit their website, new tickets are generated instead of providing a return address. This cycle is frustrating. Although they eventually sent me a return form, they required me to cover the return shipping costs. Frustratingly, they do not offer a replacement in the correct size because they only produce Size M. It is perplexing why they allowed me to order a size XXXL. When I attempted to ship it back, the postage fees were more than [redacted] Thai Baht, making it impractical since the refund would be just under [redacted] Baht, resulting in a net loss. I am now left with a T-shirt only fit for use as a duster.

Hello, I placed an order on the 21st with expedited shipping as I needed the parcel to arrive today for a wedding I am attending. Despite thinking this would allow plenty of time, it took a full week to process and I am unsure why it took so long. The package has not arrived, and UPS informed me that my confirmation code is not the correct number for them to locate it. I wanted to pick it up from the facility to ensure I have it, as I will be left scrambling last minute if not. I am disappointed and running out of time, urgently needing this package. I would recommend contacting the National Fraud Department in the UK as they are working with the police and are aware of this company. They are based in China and are likely to be closed down soon. I have been trying to reach out to Trading Standards to report this issue. My order number is [redacted][redacted] for the amount of £79.12 for 5 kids' shoes, but when I log in, it shows no previous orders. Despite sending multiple tickets with a promise of a response within 24 hours, I haven't heard back from anyone. I am seeking a refund for the undelivered goods I have paid for. Many others seem to have had similar experiences based on the reviews I've read. I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me. Thank you.

I recently ordered a cute blouse but encountered an issue with my password being incorrect due to a capitalization error. Feeling stressed at 65 years old, I'm frustrated with automated systems and long for real human support. Despite trying to rectify the error by setting up a new account, I faced difficulties when entering my financial information as the order did not process, failing to send a confirmation email. It's disheartening as I was looking forward to this being my first order from Light in the Box. My first order with them was for two pairs of shoes, both labeled as size 42. However, they turned out to be smaller than expected, with one pair even smaller than the other. Despite their 30-day return/exchange policy for incorrect sizes, they refused to accept my exchange request due to their 14-day window policy at first. After pointing out their 30-day policy in an email, they offered a 30 percent coupon but still declined the exchange, stating they were not responsible for customer sizing errors. I contacted them again, reiterating that the issue may be due to a labeling error or quality control problem. I am currently awaiting their response. Dealing with this problem has been frustrating, and I have decided not to patronize this company in the future. I will also advise others in my organizations to avoid them.

I am disappointed that my order did not arrive within the 2 to 5 day delivery time frame as promised. Despite waiting for 12 days, I am relieved to see it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. While this update is positive, the delay was frustrating and I believe I should receive a refund for the chosen delivery option that was not fulfilled. The situation felt unprofessional, as the service received was standard rather than expedited. I hope my feedback is considered, and the delivery cost is refunded promptly. I attempted to buy Item [redacted]0, the Men's daily weekend cotton shirt, from lightinthebox.com, listed for $22.49. However, when I tried to add Item [redacted]0, the Men's daily vintage plus size shirt striped floral, typically priced at $17.09 but offered at a reduced price of $9 when bought together, the purchase for $9 did not process. Furthermore, trying to include a third item, Item [redacted]7, the Men's daily going out vintage shirt, usually priced at $15.09 but advertised at $7.20 when bought together, also failed to go through at the reduced price during checkout for the third item. I insist that Lightinthebox honors their advertised reduced prices for items purchased together and applies my store credit of $23.82, making the total cost $14.87 for all three items plus shipping. I request Lightinthebox to email me promptly to confirm the application of the correct prices for the items bought together in my first order.
