I purchased Christmas clothes from your store in the largest sizes, but they do not fit my youngest child. The leather coat I was looking forward to is poor quality and the materials are unidentifiable. I am struggling to return the items and desperately need the $[redacted] refunded. I bought 4 items from Light in the Box, intending to return them all. I followed their instructions for returns and received a prompt response offering a partial refund. When I asked for a full refund instead, the communication suddenly stopped. It has been 3 days without any response, which is frustrating considering their previous timely replies within 24 hours. I am concerned that requesting a full refund might not actually be an option as it seems like the process has stalled, making me question the legitimacy of the return policy. I requested guaranteed 2-5 day shipping for $12, but my order (#[redacted][redacted]) arrived after 11 days. Upon arrival, the lights were defective due to connector issues. I bought new connectors and even a new power source from Amazon, spending over $80 to no avail. The lights remain non-functional. I kindly ask for a full refund of the $47.96 spent on your website. I logged into Facebook to place an order here, but for some strange reason, it assigned me an unfamiliar email address that I can't alter. Additionally, it provided me with a temporary password, making it impossible to make any changes. I'm concerned that not confirming this email address might impact the delivery time. I urgently need to contact someone about this matter, especially since I paid nearly twenty-five dollars for shipping. I was initially told it would arrive in a maximum of 4 days, but my order now indicates it could take up to 7 days, which has left me feeling disappointed.

I signed into this site using my Facebook account. It appears that the system created an email address for me but I don't know if a password was also generated. I've been unable to resolve this issue on my own and I'm concerned that not confirming the email might impact the delivery of my order. Can you assist in updating my email details to [redacted]? Furthermore, I paid a significant expedited fee of nearly $25 expecting a maximum of 4 days delivery, but now it shows as 7. I placed the order on Thursday night and anticipate receiving it by Thursday at the latest. Can someone confirm that my order will arrive on time? I am concerned about the legitimacy of the advertising on this site. I attempted to order two hats, but then encountered multiple images of hats at discounted prices. I selected one in navy blue, but upon clicking was returned to the original page. The only way to add it to my cart was by clicking, assuming the discounted price would be reflected. However, the cart shows a charge of $12.59, contradicting how it was displayed in the images below the order form. It showed as follows: USD 17.72, USD 5.67, and Save USD 12.05. I have not proceeded with the order due to the inability to resolve this issue. I would like to purchase all three hats at the advertised price. If they fail to honor this, contacting the Better Business Bureau may be necessary, although I am hopeful for a resolution. Thank you.

I purchased an Australian Wii controller connection (Model WUP-010AUS) to replace a faulty charger connection WUP-[redacted](AUS) #MFF922RO1, but I received an American charger instead. The American charger does not fit my device as it has a different plug and connection type. Despite contacting LightInTheBox twice regarding my delivery on February 19 and March 4, I have not received the item. Initially, I was informed that it was held at the border for inspection, and later, I was told it was with Parcelforce for delivery. However, when I contacted Parcelforce today, I discovered that the painting was returned to the sender in China due to "address issues." It has been nearly two months, and I am disappointed not to have received it yet. I understand delays due to the origin in China, but the lack of communication about the issues with my shipment is frustrating. I have attempted to reach out to LightInTheBox today without success, receiving an "access denied" message on their website. I now seek a refund promptly and intend to purchase the painting from another source.

I ordered three items for my husband from LightInTheBox in November [redacted], two cycling trousers, and a cycle jacket as a Christmas present. I returned the two cycling trousers to their warehouse in Poland on January 24th for replacement as instructed. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have not received any response. The last communication I had was being informed that a ticket was submitted, but I have not heard anything since. I am feeling upset and frustrated as I cannot reach them by phone or email. I have been trying to get updates since March 3rd, but no replies so far. They referred me to a resolved ticket initially, #[redacted]9, but there has been no progress. It's been over a year since they received my payment for the two items I returned in January [redacted]. It's concerning and feels like poor customer service. I was told on March 19th that there's a new response for each of my submitted tickets, #[redacted]74 and #[redacted]9, but again, no communication from them. I have not received my package from Light In The Box. I placed my order almost a month ago on March 4th. I wish they would keep me updated on the shipping status and when I can expect to receive it. Despite submitting tickets, all I get in response is to be patient. I provided my phone number on the order form for contact, but there is no phone number listed to reach out to them directly. This lack of communication is frustrating, and I feel like I am being ignored.

Hello, a customer recently purchased an external mount shower valve for their shower, the type where the valve and shower pipe are mounted on the outside of the tile. Unfortunately, there seems to be a missing fitting that connects the pipe to the faucet. The package only included 2 rubber flat washers which did not prevent leaking. Water is spraying out from the pipe to the faucet connection, indicating that there may be a missing component needed to seal that joint properly.

I purchased an OBD2 reader from the Light In The Box website on Saturday, April 13, [redacted], at 9:43 am. I paid $15 for 3-4 business day shipping. The order status online shows it should have been shipped yesterday, but it is still processing. There was no mention of a 3-7 day processing time during the order. My delivery was expected today or tomorrow. I am considering contacting my attorney due to the inconvenience and poor customer service. I am disappointed with the handling of my refund by LITB. Despite returning the items, I have not received the full refund of $[redacted].38. The company closed my tickets as resolved without issuing the refund, which is unacceptable. I intend to take legal action against LITB for fraudulent practices. Their requirement for me to pay for return shipping and the delayed refund process is concerning. I returned the items within the specified timeframe but am still awaiting my money back. This experience with Light In The Box has been the worst I have encountered, and I am determined to receive my refund as promised.

I have purchased four shirts, all the same style in different colors, but unfortunately, they are too small for me. Despite checking the size dimensions before ordering and even sizing up, they still do not fit. I would like to request a refund for these shirts. I have tried this at least 10 times and I am frustrated with their system. I keep selecting "no fix" but I still receive more pop-up screens talking about computer repairs, which I don't need. Their customer service resolution process needs improvement. I am reluctant to do business with them in the future. I am still awaiting information on the shipment of a parcel. Although the payment was processed promptly, the service definitely requires enhancements.
