I had purchased a pair of dinosaur pajamas and slippers on line in ********. I never heard anything from you, so assumed my order didn’t go through. I ordered the same pajamas and slippers again a couple days ago, for the second time. The next day I opened my credit Card statement to find you apparently did receive my first order from ******** which I still have not received as of yet, because I was billed for it. Now you have a duplicate order from me. I need the second order cancelled, and a refund back to my credit card please, and am hoping my order from ******** will be arriving very soon. Please check in to this for me, and contact me either by phone or email as to the outcome. Ty so much.
