I ordered dinosaur pajamas and a pair of slippers on November **th, but never got any confirmation from you, so I thought I probably didn’t finish the ordering process. I ordered both items again last evening, and got the confirmation that my payment went through, today. Now I just opened my credit card bill and see that I was charged $**.** from you for the Nov. **th order that did apparently go through. I haven’t received that order yet? Can you please check into this ASAP because now I was charged for * orders that are the same. I need the second order cancelled and refunded back to my account, and am assuming I should be receiving the first order any minute... thanks so much! Any questions, my number is ***-***-**** ty
