I cannot process my return according to the instructions on your web page because I don't have an account. I logged in via my facebook account. So there is no record of my order. However I have all the documentation ie, PACKING LIST, with all my items on it, and the product numbers on each package. Lightinthebox claims it is easy to return items but I am finding it very hard and frustrating. I just want to return the items and get a full refund. I didn't even try them on. I opened a few packages and could easily tell by looking at them that they were not XXXL. Each was too short, didn't even make it over my belt buckle, and I doubt I could even get them on if I tried. I usually measure a company by its customer service but am already getting a bad taste in my mouth here. Please make this right, and I will be a customer for life.
