i was trying to return all the items, i have only been told of refund for * dress, not for all *. ... i have a return form , i still need ALL the codes for the items in my package, i want to return all of them
the process has been especially frustrating as i have gone back and forth with explanations and it is taking a long time for the company to get it right. I do not want a time delay as i need to return the goods within ** days to be valid for a refund.
Just send me the codes for all the dresses in my order and i will be able to proceed.
I am a brand new customer and expected perfect customer service and high class quality clothes.
