I have gotten a response form an email I sent, but it is not solving my problem. They tell me to log into my orders and do a return authorization. Well that is all well and good, but they do not have an order for this in their in my orders, so that said I can not request a return. All I need is information on the faucet I purchased a year ago. I no not have the Manufacturer information nor the... ... I purchased a thermostatic Shower and it leaks and I will need replacement parts to fix it. There is a * year warranty.
I can not do what they are asking...
