I placed and order for just over ***.** I got a notification that it had been delivered on the **th as soon as I realized it we checked all doors and at the mail box. No package. I checked with my neighbors except one who had had my orders delivered to him by mistake and let me know he was?not responsible for my list or mistakenly left at the wrong address so looked and searched since last Thursday for it I am confident it is lost. Unfortunately I've had this problem before and if have the ability to speak to someone I always request that all packages BE SIGNED For. But this was a problem from the beginning my card would not go through and I attempted it so many times that the bank froze my card I had to go into the bank to get it straightened out. I should have listened to my instinct and moved on. But I really needed those clothes you see I have an immediate family member who has been sent home to die we have been dealing with this since the first of the year I have needed surgery to repair my foot and toes from a fall I had in March I have put it off as long as I can due to my sister's health It should have be repaired months ago but I've been afraid something would happen to my sister and I will be completely immobile for several weeks but Its getting worse by the day and more complicated to repair I had an out surgery on the first that surgery is not complete I had a bone graft and in * months further surgery. My health is poor and with all this stress there seems to be things that I've put off that ive run out of time on I am looking at * more surgery that need to be done within the next * months but ive been to scared to be incapacitated because of my sister. I feel like I need to stay strong for her and when it's all over with her I take care of all these problems I have I am currently on medication for my nerves and my blood pressure if elevated so my blood pressure medication have changed and increased and to be honest that not all that is out of control in my life and all I've asked of light in the box is since I don't have the clothes I ordered I CANCEL My ORDER CREDIT MY CARD and don't make me take any more time and energy that I don't have I am emotionally and physically exhausted I don't eat I don't sleep, every time the phone rings I think it's that dreadful call. Please I have told this company over and over all of the particular things they never address my very specific problems. I told them a bit about what's going on in my personal life it makes me angry they should have the intergrety to apologize cancel my order and credit my card the fact that Im falling apart shouldn't have anything to do with the way customers are treated. Please if you could help me you have no idea how much that would mean to me. I can't make my sister better I can't make all the surgery I am in need if go away and I can't even seem to get something as simple as not receiving my order CREDITED I feel helpless on so many levels please help me my credit card company tells me that there are companies out there who defraud people everyday I don't believe they even sent the order out if they are on the up and up why won't they respond directly to my specific questions. As I said thank you advance for helping me resolve this problem. That will be one thing I won't Have to continue to have unresolved in ny life and ***.** is not pocket change to me I can't afford to just let them wear me down and let them get away with it I think it so so wrong that they think they are?untouchable they have my card * and according to what I've learned the have no good will in them at all they have no intention of giving me a credit without a fight. So sad I wonder if this company realizes that everyone who has any dealings with them have a story to tell about their dealing with light in the box it will be good and positive or it will be one of about how it was my experience that they seemed to set out to cheat me and steal my money may be they should think about this again thank you in advance Carolyn London
