I purchased an iPhone 6 for my son back in March of this year, as his previous phone served him well for over 3 years. To ensure its protection, I got a Lifeproof case, thinking it would be more reliable than an Otterbox. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago, my son dropped the phone in the Lifeproof case, causing the screen to badly crack. The drop was not from a considerable height, just from his pocket to the concrete. It's frustrating that the phone and case are less than 6 months old. The case, specifically the Fre case for an iPhone 6/6s, failed to protect the phone adequately. Now, I've been quoted $80 to fix the screen, but it seems the area near the HOME button is loose and may require additional repair. I paid $89.95 plus tax for the case at Staples in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. It's disappointing that the case, advertised as military-grade, did not live up to its claims. I have the same Lifeproof case on my phone, but I'm hesitant to purchase another if this is the result. Best regards, Jennifer W.

Good morning, I purchased the Lifeproof Fre Case for my iPhone 8+/7+ quite some time ago. It had to be replaced a few months back, and now I'm facing another issue with the case. I use my phone daily in a busy boat yard under various weather conditions, so I take good care of the case. Lately, people I talk to on calls cannot hear my voice, despite cleaning it carefully. I need a replacement case as soon as possible. I truly appreciate how well the case protects my phone, but it's disappointing that it's not functioning properly now. I've had three phones with LifeProof cases, which are perfect for my job as a firefighter. However, I recently purchased a LifeProof FRE case for my iPhone 8, and unfortunately, there seems to be a defect as the screen is detaching. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue in the seven months since I bought it. I didn't keep the receipt, which I now realize was a mistake. I'm disappointed to have spent $90 on a case that isn't durable, as now I have to buy a new one.

I recently bought a new home that requires flooring for about 2,[redacted] sq ft. I spent weeks considering options and settled on lifeproof rigid core LVF in Luxurious Pine Wood. To my disappointment, when I tried to order it from Home Depot, I discovered it's unavailable. I'm uncertain if it's discontinued, backordered, or something else. I bought a LifeProof case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max in May. Unfortunately, when it fell from chest level onto my sister's garage floor, it landed face up in the case, but the phone's back shattered and the camera got damaged. Despite the case claiming to resist drops from the height at which it fell, the damage occurred. I believe my phone should be replaced due to the failed protection. Witnesses can confirm that it was accidental and within the case, yet significant damage happened. The fact that the case itself remained undamaged is puzzling and contradicts the company's advertising. Since the case is guaranteed, I expect LifeProof to honor that by replacing my damaged phone.

I installed lifeproof waterproof rigid core vinyl plank flooring in some commercial offices 1 1/2 years ago. I'm disappointed with the product quality as it is delaminating and separating from its base. Despite minimal usage due to the pandemic, issues have arisen. I have over 38 years of experience in flooring installation and have never encountered such problems. I'll have to repair a large section, but I worry about future occurrences. The floor was not exposed to harsh chemicals and saw limited use. I am uncertain about the cause of this. I have lost confidence in the product and will not recommend it. Any insight into why this happened would be appreciated.

I recently purchased a new LifeProof Fre case for my iPhone 11 Pro, and I am experiencing an issue with the display. There seem to be little bubbles between the display of the phone and the case which is disappointing. I have cleaned everything thoroughly, but the problem persists. I have been a satisfied user of LifeProof products in the past and have even recommended them to friends, but this experience has left me disappointed. The case in question is 77-[redacted]. I recently purchased a new Lifeproof Fre case for my iPhone ** Pro, and I'm having trouble with the display interacting with the waterproof case. There are little bubbles forming which is disappointing. I've cleaned everything thoroughly, but the issue persists. I've been a happy Lifeproof customer in the past and have recommended your products to friends, but this experience has left me disappointed. Can you please assist me with replacing the cover with one that does not have this bubble problem? My experience with Lifeproof has always been positive, and I hope to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my LifePro vibrating machine. Despite plugging it into the wall and changing the batteries, it does not turn on either with the remote or by pressing the button on the machine. This is concerning as I rely on the vibration for medical reasons related to circulation and lymph/vein issues. Could you please advise on the next steps?
