Hello, *I ordered my children's school photos about a month ago. I received * of the * orders, but not the *rd. I would like to know where my last order is, and why it took so long. I placed all * on the exact same day, within minutes. **My *nd concern is over the quality of the prints I received. There is * sheet of wallet size photos in the * orders I received--both are extremely blurry. THe other sizes photos on the other sheets are clear, as expected. But these wallets are unusable and unacceptable. I would like to have these replaced and need to know how to go about doing so. **I am on my third attempt to receive a response for this issue. I tried emailing over * weeks ago (was told a response would come in ** hours...still haven't gotten anything). I tried to call this morning but a wait time of ** minutes is absurd.
