Attached is an email I received regarding renewal of Lifelock. I was suspicious in that the cost was too high and it was a different product. I called them and had a meaningless conversation, almost but not quite in english, resulting in me alledgedly cancelling my subscription. Then, they wanted to get into my computer to delete some software so that I wouldn't be bothered again. Two things. *) I called the scammers phone number and after ** minutes determined that this was a scam. Advice - Do not respond at all to the email saying that your subscription has been upgraded and paid for. And *) do not expect any help, recognition, or appreciation for bringing a scam presented here to Lifelock Norton's attention. Note: I have never wasted so much time trying to figure out how to email, text, chat or call any service provider as I did with Lifelock.
