I called on a burgarly claim in mid March . I then met with the adjuster the following week. The whole time I am already feeling down, my house was totally stripped of all my valuables , my flower beds , were even dug up .Let alone the prior October , i slipt from my roof and was disabled and can't make it all back like I could before at my job.*it was so horrible to be in my heart and head. And I could just read it in the adjusters face that I was about to have more problems . So around two weeks later I finally talked to the claims specialists , Ruth Mitzel. My goodness I know they have to ask questions but Lord she made me feel like she thought I was a piece of scum. A investigator showed up unannounced at my parents home, interrogated my fiance and father for *hrs, then requesting to look in our storage building. Permission was granted with a question of do you need us to take some out so you can get a thorough look. Now it is Oct. ** **** and I am still looking for a payment. Look people I am the victim ,and have become to realize it is all just a big funny joke, for your team. So I will expect a call from y'all today to resolve this matter. I have discussed this matter with a firm that is willing to help me out. Oh and by the way I didn't even claim everything that was stolen from me. ***-***-**** Thank You Billy Curcio
