My wife and I have been Lexus owners since ****. This includes both the Lexus *** as well as many Lexus ES***'s. We have been extremely happy with the vehicles and have usually purchased our cars. However, we currently leased the one we have now - the ES*** - ****. The lease ends in May of **** and we have every intention of either buying or leasing the same vehicle at the expiration of the current least. The problem - the Michelin tires on the vehicle have a warranty of **,*** miles and already require replacement although the vehicle only has **,*** miles registered. If we got anywhere near the expected mileage we would not have to replace the tires at all when the car is turned in prior to registering **,*** miles as per our lease arrangement. As such, I am now requesting that you extend the courtesy of replacing the * tires without requiring me to bear any of the cost of the replacement.
