The issue in GetHuman-petergpi's own words
I've been a loyal Toyota*Lexus customer for many years. I bought*leased * Toyotas and * Lexus since ****. The Lexus, IS *** T, is a frightening disappointment. I don't drive it often, usually my wife does, but we only have **** miles since last September. *The problem is that the acceleration and drive-ability is dangerous. It is very difficult to achieve acceleration at any time (whether from a complete stop, or already moving) without a considerable pressing on the gas pedal, and then there is a frightening delay before it accelerates. Then, of course, it accelerates an extreme amount because of the turbo.*My dealer says that this is normal with a * cylinder turbo, but it is not a tenable way to drive a car.**My wife and I may never lease another Lexus after this experience, and we either need this terrible driving experience to be corrected or switch to another vehicle. *If this can't be corrected, please tell me how I can get out of this lease and into another vehicle.**By the way.*We previously also leased a **** Acura ILX and that was a inferior vehicle, but much less expensive. in **** we leased the *** T and an Acura TLX. We love driving the TLX and loved the *** T on the test drive, but since then are very disappointed, especially since the *** T is almost $** more per month with the same lease terms.**Thank you,**Pete Pisano ***-***-**********@***.com
