I recently canceled my account with Lexington Law due to its high cost. Despite canceling, my card is still being charged for an unfinished service. The money taken was crucial for my hotel stay with my three children, two of whom are autistic. I spoke to a supervisor named Shannon who refused to provide me with corporate contact information or issue a refund. She instructed employees not to refund any money and directed all my calls to her. She claimed to be the only supervisor in the company and denied the existence of a corporate office. I need to escalate this issue to someone above Shannon for a resolution. Thank you.

Hi, my name is David Hills. I have been dealing with child support issues regarding back payment. They claim I owe $6,[redacted] in interest and $4,[redacted] in support, which I find excessive. They have garnished my wages, suspended my license, and even taken my tax returns, including this year's return of $1,[redacted]. Despite making payments, the interest charges keep piling up, and it doesn't seem to reduce the actual support owed. In [redacted], I was incarcerated until [redacted] and was on Parole for a year, during which I had to attend mandatory classes and couldn't work. In 2[redacted], I served time at Cal Fire and Irvine farm camp during which I worked. Shouldn't these years of incarceration and parole, when I couldn't earn, offset the interest charges, as technically the support should be covered by now?

I am experiencing issues with my accounts being closed or locked, possibly due to identity theft. There have been unauthorized activities that I did not initiate, possibly due to losing access to my phone and personal information. My Bank of America account has been closed without any explanation, leaving me with no access to my funds. I received a call from someone claiming to be from the SSI government agency, instructing me to provide them with my Social Security number.
