I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had at your store in South City Mall today around 5:30 PM. I requested a length alteration from the cashier, who initially refused and asked me to return another day. Due to being a senior citizen, it's difficult for me to make multiple trips. Eventually, after some discussion, my alteration was accepted, but it will take 11 days to be completed. This delay is unacceptable. If I had known this earlier, I would have gone elsewhere. I ask for immediate action to be taken to prevent such situations in the future. This extended alteration period has left me dissatisfied. I would appreciate your attention to this matter. I was misled by a consultancy in Nirman Vihar, Delhi, regarding a Warehouse Manager position with a starting package of $57,[redacted]. Shri Balaji from Nirman Vihar received $25,[redacted] for documentation and training programs. They are now asking for an additional $12,[redacted] for a presentation and final stage. I'm uncertain if this is a legitimate opportunity or a scam. Are there Warehouse Manager vacancies in your South Delhi company? Could you provide insight into your recruitment process? I'm unsure about this type of staff selection. They mentioned my selection is in progress, and HR will call for verification on September 27th from 4 to 7 pm regarding the presentation. My name is Ajeet Singh Attria. I typically wear only Levi's t-shirts and jeans. Today, I traveled from Mayur Vihar Phase-2 to Select City Walk in Saket, New Delhi, to purchase jeans and t-shirts. The staff was very cunning, unlike before when they were excellent. I bought 2 jeans and 2 t-shirts. Initially, your staff informed me that I would have to pay for the higher-priced jeans and the same for the t-shirts. When the bill came to [redacted]/-, I asked why it was so high. They said that was what they had explained. I said okay and decided to purchase the 2 jeans. Then when they mentioned the bill was final even though I hadn't paid or received a receipt, and they said they had given the command. Their behavior was rude, which made me angry, but I paid and left. If I had said more there, other customers could have caused a scene. I feel cheated today. I have been wearing Levi's t-shirts and jeans for 10 years, and today, I feel like I've been deceived. All the staff seemed dishonest.

Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased a pair of Levi’s [redacted] Hiball jeans on September 17, [redacted], at the Central World Levi’s Store in Bangkok, Thailand. However, upon getting home, I found that the jeans were slightly too big and I wish to exchange them for a smaller size of 32, instead of the size 33 I initially bought. I went back to the store on September 18, [redacted], with my receipt and tried to exchange the jeans. Unfortunately, the sales associate, named Phanida Rattanawan, informed me that due to company policy and the fact that I had worn the jeans for one day, they could not be exchanged. I tried to explain and even showed the exchange policy from the Levi’s Thailand website, but she remained firm. This encounter left me feeling dissatisfied and I believe the store's policy should be clearly stated on the website to avoid confusion. Yesterday, I had a disappointing experience at your store. I was doing some returns and purchasing some items when the cashier passed me off to a young lady with a bad attitude. Later, when I was ready to buy more items, a young man threw my merchandise behind him and made a rude comment. Feeling disrespected, I decided to leave everything there and walk out of the store. I usually spend around $[redacted] in cash for my grandchildren at your store, but after this incident, I went to Polo for some hoodies instead. I had intended to buy 4 items from your store, including 2 jackets, jeans, and shirts, but due to the poor service from the young lady with dreads and a young man named Derriel, I will not be purchasing Levi's for my grandchildren anymore.

Dear Levi's Team, I am disappointed to report issues with the last two Levi's belts I purchased over the past two years. Both belts have broken with the bonding between the layers coming loose. The first one has already been discarded, but the second belt, barely worn about five times, has also suffered the same fate. Considering the cost of almost 40 € and the fact that it is genuine leather, I am hoping for compensation. I would be happy to provide a photo of the belt if you can provide me with an address. The separation of the layers occurred for no apparent reason over a distance of about 15 cm. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt, but you should be able to recognize it as an original Levi's belt. Being a loyal Levi's customer for nearly 30 years, I am counting on your assistance. I purchased two jeans and a top from the Levi's Borivali West outlet. Out of the two jeans, one is defective and tore near my waist during the first wear in [redacted]. The material seems poor, and I doubt stitching it will help. The other jeans is fine. However, the top also disappointed me as it became loose and stretched after just one wear and wash. I returned both items to the store due to quality issues. Despite the lockdown, I hope you understand the delay. I trusted Levi's for quality and expect a replacement or credit note for the defective items. I was informed my claim was rejected without a valid reason. Please provide a proper explanation and resolution promptly. If there is no response within a week, I will escalate this matter further. Thank you.

Dear Madam/Sir, I would like to share my recent experience working at Pakistan US Apparel and Textile Unit 2. I was hired a month ago and was immediately required to work 12 hours daily. Unfortunately, as Eid approaches, I have been suddenly terminated without any prior notice. This has left me in a difficult situation as a father of two children, living in a rented home. Many other colleagues have faced similar abrupt dismissals without warning. The work conditions at U.S. Apparel and Textiles Unit 2 are concerning as employees are subjected to long hours with threats of termination if they speak up. Even during holidays, we are expected to work with no compensation. It seems preferential treatment is given based on connections rather than merit. Levi's Order #[redacted]23 was scheduled for delivery today, June 26, by OnTrac (C[redacted][redacted]), but unfortunately, they did not deliver the package. OnTrac claims a delivery attempt was made, stating that I was not at home. However, I was home and waiting for a call or text from the driver due to our building's faulty call box. This situation with OnTrac has occurred before. FedEx, UPS, and USPS are able to access our building with no issues. I am requesting that Levi's re-deliver my package via FedEx, UPS, or USPS instead of OnTrac, as they have been unreliable. Please arrange for the re-delivery of Order #[redacted]23 via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
