To: Senior Tech Support**I purchased * gift cards thru the Steak and Shake App Saturday March *, ****. The people on our youth group outing attempted to use them March *, ****. The Steaknshake store on Van Drive, Jackson TN wasn’t able to read them. So I have those printed gift cards in my possession still. I downloaded an additional $*** to the Steaknshake app from my credit card to try to pay thru the app. No luck there either because of the limit of the amount spent thru the Steaknshake app. So I had to then use my credit card to pay the check. I spent $*** in gift cards, $*** downloaded to the Steaknshake app, and $**.**. $***.** Total. Since this was a church function I am asking that the $*** in gift cards and the $*** downloaded to the app be credited back to my credit card. I love Steaknshake so I was excited when I saw in the app that I could send gift cards via email. I was able to give them to each adult that was responsible for the youth to pay for there meals. This is a wonderful option in the app. I have worked in IT as a Systems*Administrator since ****. So I can see as a little fine tuning is needed. I scanned the QR codes myself and they read great. I have a total like I said above $***.** to turn in on my expense report to my church when if the gift cards had worked the expense report would only read $***.** gift cards with balance of $**.** remaining on the gift cards which we would you our upcoming you activity to eat again at Steaknshake.
