Gary Winthrop’s ad was a lie. I just want my full refund of my purchase price. ... I just purchased an iPad *th generation from Gary Winthrop in the Bowling Green, Ohio Letgo app. In his ad he stated that this iPad was fully reset. **This iPad is useless since it is locked and I have no access to the Apple ID, password, or PIN. **At this point I just want to get my money refunded from the seller. How do I get a hold of Gary Winthrop since he has been ignoring my Letgo messages?
