I have experienced issues with two newly bought microwave "safe" plates from Lenox's Sandy Point collection. Unfortunately, both plates cracked during microwave use. Additionally, one of the bowls in the original packaging was broken. In the past, I have been satisfied with Lenox's quality and durability owning multiple Lenox China pieces and collectibles. However, this time, I was disappointed with the thin paper packaging that provided minimal protection between the items. The cracks on the plates are visible and can be felt as rough spots. This happened while I was warming food in the microwave. The affected items were a bowl and two accent plates from the same pattern. I bought a total of 12 place settings for my coastal-themed Sarasota home. As a long-time loyal customer, I am hopeful that Lenox can address these quality and packaging concerns to reinstate my confidence in the brand. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mark K., MD Heather B.

I recently spoke with your representative regarding the possibility of Lenox producing a porcelain White House ornament. Unfortunately, she was unable to assist me or direct me to someone who could address my inquiry. It is disappointing when a customer service experience falls short in providing solutions. If obtaining a license is necessary, perhaps Lenox can consider pursuing one to create these ornaments. Lenox already has licensing agreements for products like Disney, so it seems feasible to explore options for White House-themed items. As a patriotic individual from a military background, having a White House ornament for my tree would hold special meaning. Could you please look into the feasibility of this request? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We have recently upgraded our home security system and are looking to integrate our new Alarm.com ADC-T2000 Smart Thermostat. Our current setup includes a Lenox iComfort Wi-Fi Thermostat connected to a Lenox heat pump outdoors with an attic heater. However, our service technician mentioned difficulties in installing the new smart thermostat due to confusion regarding the i+, i-, and C wires. After consulting with another technician, it was determined that the red wire connects to the RC terminal, blue wire to the C terminal (common), yellow wire to the Y terminal, and white wire to the O/B terminal (heat pump). Although we have the wiring instructions, we are unsure of the functional connections of C, i+, i-, and R in the Lenox iComfort Wi-Fi system. Any clarity on this would be greatly appreciated.

Order Number L579474 I am trying to track my order and understand why it has not been shipped yet. I made the purchase on 12/8, and it has been over a week without any updates. Furthermore, I used a 20% discount code during the purchase, but the discount was not applied. Customer service mentioned the discount would be applied after the shipment. I have tried calling the customer service [redacted] number multiple times to inquire about my order, but have not received any callbacks after selecting Option 1 for a callback request.

My order [redacted] was shipped on November 28th. It reached Warwick, Rhode Island but was transferred from UPS to USPS. Surprisingly, it ended up in Connecticut and has been there since December 2nd. I require this ornament by Wednesday, December 14th. Kindly arrange for another one to be sent or provide information on when it will be returned to Warwick for delivery. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently bought a Lenox toaster in the Blue Meadow Butterfly pattern. While toasting a piece of bread in the right insert, the left side of the toaster started flaming unexpectedly. Luckily, I managed to move the toaster to the sink and put out the flames. I found an owner's manual deep inside the bread slot and removed it using tongs. This incident has made me hesitant to continue using the toaster and I would like a replacement. I am puzzled as to why the manual was inserted so deep in the toaster. Thanks, Bonnie Quinley.
