I'm using a lenovo ideapad *** purchased brand new in late **** or early ****, running the most recent version of windows. I always keep the "night light" feature turned on as it's easier on my eyes, but lately my screen has been randomly changing back to the regular blue light. When I open the control bar to try turning the night light feature off and back on, as soon as I turn it off my screen goes to an almost extreme blue light, bluer than regular, and then when I turn night light on again it goes back to the more reddish light. This happens typically once a day. I have tried contacting windows customer service and they told me to contact lenovo directly since it seems to be an issue with my laptop screen.
GetHuman2890910 did not yet indicate what Lenovo should do to make this right.
