I have purchased laptop Ideapad Model No.***-**ISK Serial No. PF*QZEBJ from BAJAJ ELECTRONICS, Punjagutta, Hyderabad India *vide Invoice No.********S-***** DT **.**.****. I understand that warranty is for one year only. But the laptop has crashed and not *SWITCHING ON, just after one year of purchase. In fact, this was purchased for my daughter in Jun end **** but she started using only in Jan.**** and by Oct.**, it developed a problem. I have paid an amount of Rs.***** for the laptop, and don't expect a REPUTED *BRAND like LENOVO,, to develop a major problem like this. Today I visited your service centre at Ameerpet, Hyderabad and was *told to pay Rs.*** for diagnosis and the problem may be with Mother Board, the technician said, which may cost about Rs.***** to RS.*****. This was a rude shock that in such a short span, a reputed brand not an ASSEMBLED one, has developed a MAJOR problem and I have to again pay such a huge sum. If a major problem develops after a few years, then I can understand, but not immediately after one year. **I have not registered for repair at your service centre.**With great pain I request your goodselves to look into the matter and find a solution, as I am not in a position to again pay a huge sum of around Rs.***** and don't expect BRANDED , REPUTED LAPTOP to develop a major issue after one year.**Expecting you to find a solution.**Renuka
