I sent in my tablet for repair on August ** th. You recieved it and began working on it on the **th... since then I have not received any updates via email. I've called several times, the agent said they'd get a hold of who is repairing it to let them know to contact me, *X I DID THIS....NO RESPONSE. TODAY I SPOKE WITH ANOTHER AGENT, WHO SAID THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION, WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR ( I CALLED AROUND **:** A.M., AND THEY SAID HE WOULD INSTEAD GET A SUPERVISOR TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS AND THEY WOULD CALL, AND SEND AN EMAIL, NOTHING YET.....I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE RUN AROUND I'M GETTING, AS WELL AS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SHOULD OF HAD MY TABLET BACK TO ME BY THE TIME TWO WEEKS WERE UP. *IF THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE REPAIRING IT, WHY DON'T THEY JUST SEND ME A NEW ONE??*THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, **A FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER, *MARION
GetHuman1140417 did not yet indicate what Lenovo should do to make this right.
I expected this situation to be resolved quickly, with updates along the way. At least within * weeks. It's almost a month!
On the onset of this issue(it was slow in pulling up data) we did try to troubleshoot, but to no avail....
