I live in kenya and I had bought zuk * pro lenovo phone * gb ram and *** gb rom from a friend in UK who sold it to me. The problem is that in kenya a telecom company.. Jamii faiba subsidiary of Vodafone uses ** (***mhz) band frequency and therefore my zuk is locked out. Now asking if there is any help to send settings to this company so tht they configure my zuk to be in compatibility with this bandwidth so that I continue to enjoy my services with lenovo as I don't want to buy another phone tht is supporting this frequency. Both data and voice (volte). I il appreciate vry much for your support. Am simon wairioko, my email is *****@***.com
