We moved into our twin villa on February 1st, [redacted], even though the closing date was November 29, [redacted]. Both my neighbor and I are facing issues with our grass, which resembles hay and refuses to grow. Despite numerous complaints, we were informed that it is not the responsibility of Lennar, but rather an obligation of Icon Management. Despite contacting them multiple times, no action has been taken. I firmly believe that Lennar should take accountability for this problem as they rushed the property closing before the year-end. It seems that the land was not graded correctly, resulting in poorly installed grass with visible lines and filled with ruts. Typically, I do not like to complain, but this issue seems significant and is being overlooked entirely.

Re: [redacted] Trift Bridge Circle We recently closed on the house mentioned above and were extremely disappointed with its condition. Upon entering, we were greeted by an infestation of ants and love bugs, dirty floors, unsanded walls, and doors and baseboards covered in dried flecks of cement. The overall appearance inside and outside made it seem like the house had been abandoned. We were especially upset as we had purchased this Lennar home based on pictures, only to find it in such a state. The lack of insulation in the attic was also a shocking discovery made by the AT&T technician installing internet. The absence of seals around the doors has allowed spiders and hot air inside. During the attic inspection by Timmy, he was inattentive, talking on his cell phone the entire time. The lack of customer care response has been frustrating, as we are commuting back and forth to NJ due to the situation. We are urgently seeking assistance to address these issues, particularly the need for door sealing, bug removal, installation of insulation and a new dryer, as well as a light bulb for the pantry. To the Concerned Party, We, Dean and Catherine Hanna, are currently interested in purchasing one of Lennar's NextGen homes in Asante. Our experience has been less than ideal due to challenges with the sales staff at both Lennar and Eagle Homes. Despite our efforts to engage, it seems customer service is not their priority. We have encountered several issues over the past month that have left us feeling frustrated. Initially, we made multiple trips to Asante and Western Enclave subdivisions to explore the options available. Unfortunately, the sales staff at both locations were too busy to assist us. After independently selecting a floor plan, we tried to start the prequalification process with Eagle Homes online. Despite submitting all required documents, we faced delays and poor communication. After significant effort, we received assistance from Joe at Eagle Homes, who helped us attain preapproval. However, our attempts to schedule an appointment with Doug from Asante have been unsuccessful. This lack of responsiveness has added to our disappointment. Despite our interest in Lennar's homes, the overall experience has eroded our confidence in the process. I have water seeping into my finished basement through the foundation. I reached out to the local customer service, and they promptly responded stating that it's my responsibility. When I requested a chance to talk about it further, they basically shut down the conversation, indicating there's no room for discussion. As they are unwilling to engage with me on this matter, I am interested in reaching out to the Corporate Customer Service and the higher-ups of the on-site manager.

I bought a home from your company and reported multiple issues that were not fixed as promised. It appears that some repairs were not completed properly or were left unfinished. I feel disappointed and deceived by the handling of these matters. Your employees mentioned waiting during foreclosures to see who would keep their homes, which is concerning behavior. I expect the company to honor the repairs that were promised and promptly address the outstanding issues. There was miscommunication regarding the completion of some repairs, and even a representative failed to follow through on resolving the reported problems. My trust in Lennar has been shaken, and I can no longer recommend your homes to others based on my experience. I urge you to rectify this situation by contacting me for additional evidence, including documentation, text messages detailing my interactions with your staff, photos of unfinished work, and evidence of a failed repair.

Good afternoon, I own two properties in Aquabella and I'm currently dealing with a repair issue on one property covered under warranty. Jordan, the Lennar Service Rep, informed me the problem is cosmetic and not covered. I have knowledge in construction and believe it's more than cosmetic. The warranty expires soon, and I need these construction issues addressed promptly. Without a resolution by the end of the week, I will seek legal assistance. My name is Iam Ahmed, and my phone number is [redacted]. I received a pre-approval for $[redacted],[redacted] from Lennar lender for the McKinney project. Later, I selected a home in the Princeton project and joined the waiting list. When a home became available, we accepted, signed the contract, and began the underwriting process. The assigned loan officer informed me via email that my income did not meet the requirements, even after submitting all necessary documents such as bank statements and 401k information. I was told to pay off existing loans to qualify for the house. I am confused as to why I received pre-approval if this requirement was not considered. I seek clarity on this matter as I am purchasing a home below my pre-approved amount.

Hello Reginald, Buyers can cancel, but they won't receive the earnest deposit back. They agreed to the pricing when signing the contract. We are experiencing an unresolved issue with the breaker in our garage. Over the past few weeks, my daughter's room has been without electricity, and there is only partial power in the bathroom. Dear Lennar and Whom It May Concern, I am seeking assistance. My husband and I bought a Lennar Home in Saint Augustine, Florida, at Shearwater [redacted], Model Spirit Lot #[redacted]. I have health issues with asthma and severe allergies. In December [redacted], I requested the Lennar representative, Felix, to upgrade the flooring from carpet to tiles throughout the house due to my health concerns. Unfortunately, two weeks later, Felix informed me that the construction manager stated they could not make changes after the closing. Despite my realtor sending me videos every two weeks showing no progress inside the house, the closing is not happening for another three months. I purchased a Lennar home to enjoy living in it, not to feel sick and frustrated due to the dust-collecting carpets. I hope I will not regret choosing Lennar for my home purchase. I am currently undergoing the process of constructing a home in Bridgewater Viera, FL. There have been significant issues with the windows being substituted from insulated glass to single-pane impact windows without proper approval. Concerns about sound transmission and condensation have arisen, especially after noticing a lack of sound insulation in the new windows during a test with my wife. Additionally, the concrete poured in the construction seems to have excessive water, resulting in flaking which affects my plans for an epoxy floor in the garage. Subcontractors are not following installation instructions, such as with Protecto LVM200, creating areas vulnerable to water and air infiltration. Installation practices, like installing the shower bench after tiling, do not meet specifications and could lead to future failures. Despite highlighting these issues to the construction manager, I have not received adequate support. I am requesting corporate intervention to address these concerns promptly.

It's been more than two months since we closed on lot [redacted] in Arden, and we are still waiting for completion of our "punch out list." The construction manager appears disorganized, makes false promises, and the workers' quality is poor. Initially, we refused to sign after noticing sloppy work and damages during the first walk through. Corporate addressed major issues, but we made it clear we wouldn't close until the punch out list and other concerns were resolved. Despite promises for a quick fix, the experience has been terrible with a lack of communication, unclear timelines, no guidance, and no one taking responsibility. We are left wondering who is monitoring the punch out list and when Lennar will fulfill their legal obligations as promised.

We have had ongoing issues with the HVAC system in our Lennar home, installed by subcontractor Highlands Cooling. Over the past 3.5 years, we've required 11 service calls and numerous repairs. Despite the recent diagnosis of a bad filter drier, it was determined that the entire system was improperly installed, leading to recurrent problems. The use of a substandard piston-style evaporator coil and incorrect ductwork layout were cited as specific issues contributing to our ongoing troubles. We are frustrated to discover that the root cause of these issues was the initial improper installation, and it's disappointing that these problems were not identified and addressed sooner by both Lennar and Highlands. We believe they should take responsibility for ensuring the system is repaired to proper standards or replaced.

I've had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service regarding my home since we moved in. It's been a constant battle trying to get service requests fulfilled. Every time we are given an appointment, it gets changed without any notification. The vendors show up whenever they want without warning, which is incredibly frustrating. I tried to address this lack of communication with Patrick, the onsite support person, after a scheduled appointment with Customer Care fell through. Patrick informed me that the appointment was canceled, but I received no email or notice about it. Subsequently, when one vendor came and the other didn't, I had to reach out to Patrick again to find out the second vendor had contracted COVID. It's been a constant struggle to get the patio ceiling fixed correctly as well. Despite them saying they would return in two days, it's been several and still no sign of them. As working individuals, this back-and-forth is difficult to manage.

I recently purchased a new home from Lennar in Delray Avalon Trails. I did a virtual walkthrough with a construction employee who assured me the issues would be fixed before the settlement at the end of the month. However, upon moving in, I found that not all the problems were resolved. There was a leaking roof in the garage which led to paint drippings all over the garage door and floor. Additionally, the water leak caused damage to the ceiling drywall and foundation. I raised these concerns to the saleswoman, Natasha, who took pictures the day I received the keys. Good morning, I am unsure who to contact regarding this matter. Location: Altair South, Unit 43, Building 10, Las Vegas On 12/16/[redacted], construction workers repeatedly plugged equipment into our electrical outlet despite being informed by George, the Construction Supervisor. This morning at 6:45 am, they plugged in again. George was notified. Later, at 9:45 am on 12/21/[redacted], they used a power strip to connect once more, despite George's previous warning. The presence of a welcome mat should have indicated occupancy. I need guidance on how to address this ongoing issue despite informing George, who seems unable to prevent the workers from using the outlet. I cannot monitor this situation constantly.
