I had bought an iPhone *s Plus from the seller Yessenia Perez and there was no details stating that the battery of the phone did not hold charge well. I had asked her when I was looking at the phone If there was anything wrong with it and she told me no, she had just replaced the phone screen that’s it. I also went to the extent to plug the phone in and see if It worked in front of her and she didn’t mention the battery defect at all. I realized that the phone was not working properly and I kindly asked her if I could have my money back because she didn’t inform me about the battery when I had asked her multiple times. She has yet to comply and recently started to Ignore my messages and I’m really disappointed. All I want is my fair trade of money because I paid her for a phone that doesn’t work.
