I am a Legal Zoom member. The company installed an A/C condenser in my home that was too small, causing repeated failures despite multiple parts being changed at my expense. In August [redacted], I had to purchase a larger condenser. I took the company to Small Claims court for a "Trial by Jury," but they arranged with the Judge for a "Bench Trial" without informing me. During the trial, the Judge was unfriendly, denied my seating request for better hearing due to my age, and did not allow my interpreter to be present. The contract presented was distorted and illegible, hiding a date change that was used against me. The Judge favored the Defendant, even when presented with evidence of contract tampering. The trial was delayed, making it difficult for me to follow. The Defendant and their Counsel were dishonest throughout the proceedings, changing dates on documents and falsely accusing me. Despite presenting valid documents, the Judge disregarded them, showing bias towards the Defendant.

R. Snuggs was seriously injured in a car accident on 04/23/[redacted]. Our case, "SNUGGS V GM CORP., et al.," was apparently litigated and settled in the Supreme Court of New York County in June, July, and August [redacted], as per our attorney Alan M. Shapey, Esq. In August [redacted], we joined the George H. Heyman Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising at NYU, and discovered JUDGEMENT AND LIEN FILINGS BY THE NEW YORK COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE totaling over $[redacted],[redacted] against our main residence at [redacted] Roosevelt Street, West Hempstead, New York [redacted]. The deception from the personal injury case has led to an unjust foreclosure, displacing R. Snuggs and her seven children, one of whom has Autism. We have all been evicted due to these selfish legal entities profiting and concealing the truth. We demand justice!

I am still waiting for refunds dating back to March 15, [redacted]. Despite paying $4,[redacted] for the basic package in March, I only received my business license in September, 6 months later. There were 20 unauthorized charges, and until now, I have only been refunded $[redacted] in December and $[redacted] in September [redacted]. On 3/15/19, charges totaling $2,[redacted] were made. The representative sent me two checks, one for $1.75 and advised me to open another account with the remaining balance. However, the funds were used as store credit without my consent. I am supposed to receive $[redacted] back, and it should be deposited into my Wells Fargo account [redacted]. I urgently need the money due to personal issues, so please expedite the refund process. I have had problems with this process for over a year now, and I am extremely disappointed. Thank you.

Hello, On July 22, my husband and I were in the process of exploring your services when we encountered an issue. Despite cancelling our services, we noticed that we have been charged on two different credit cards for amounts that need to be refunded. We canceled within 8 hours of the trial and did not fully utilize the service. 1. Charge To Visa Card xxxx6650 on 07/23/[redacted] for $[redacted].65 2. Initial Payment Charge To Visa Card xxxx7062 on 07/23/[redacted] for $[redacted].65 I have evidence of the cancellation email and am prepared to share it. We are both on fixed incomes, with my husband coping with leukemia. We are adamant about the refund and cancellation of our service. We attempted contacting your customer service but were unable to connect. I prefer avoiding the hassle of a bank dispute and hope you can acknowledge our dissatisfaction and process the refunds for both transactions promptly.

I need assistance with a refund issue I have been facing with Legalzoom. Despite several months of back and forth, my refund was finally processed last week, but to the wrong recipient. The check was made out to Cynthia James, while my name is Cynthia ***** ******, and my husband's name is James *****. I recognize mistakes happen, but I find it disappointing that a technology company like LegalZoom is struggling with such a basic problem. During my last call for help, I was frustrated by being continuously put on hold and eventually hung up on when my tone became tense due to the situation. I believe disconnecting the call with a disgruntled customer is unprofessional, particularly within the realm of customer service. The invoice number related to this issue is [redacted]9R. I have grown weary of the repetitive explanations, long hold times, and phone calls. I have been attempting to cancel my account for months now, but I have been unable to reach anyone. The website does not provide clear instructions on how to cancel the services, making it incredibly frustrating. The wait times on the phone are excessively long, and my calls are never returned. Shortly after signing up, I was charged triple the amount initially quoted. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am adamant about receiving a refund and ensuring all my billing information is deleted. I ordered the LWT, but there was a misspelling in my Executor's name. It should be Roland Dean Salisbury "II" instead of 'Ii'. I sent an email on 12/5 to have this corrected but have not received the updated version yet. I need this fixed within the 30-day period for filing. While writing this, I have been on hold with Legal Zoom for 22 minutes. I hope to get a quicker response by having the name corrected promptly.
