Good morning, I'm Mark Benjie Solomon. I cancel my order before due to wrong item was delivered to me and lazada refunded me the payment that i paid last time but with lazada wallet. now I search on internet on how to withdraw the fund on my lazada wallet and it says that i can withdraw the fund using LBC and I did the process then they texted me the confirmation regarding my refund request has been processed via LBC and says that the remittance code was sent to my email. I am using my Facebook account in my lazada app and the email associated on my facebook is *****@***.com therefor I checked my email but there is nothing email from lazada. and upon checking my accounts in lazada it says the the associated email there is *****@***.com which is my very old email and im not using it for a decade and i dont know the password. I tried to call the customer care hotline but there is no option to have a call directly to a PERSON (customer service person). how can i request to send the remittance code to my email *****@***.com if i cannot speak with the personnel of lazada. poor customer service! no option for the customer service personnel! kindly call me ***********
