Hi i joined this share pocket challenge in lazada, but when i already have *** pesos and ** pesos remaining to withdraw ***, there's this note that keeps appearing on the screen "Must be local users with the latest app version to play * We have detected unusual activity on your device*account. Contact our customer service" It seem like the points i received from my friends have stopped. What can i do?? I only have * hrs left to finish the challenge. Can u please address this issue right away? Thankyou!
