I ordered a product on Sat. On Sun, I realized I had ordered the wrong product. I tried to cancel the order but it was in Processing state. I called Lazada and asked them to cancel the order, they said they would escalate this and cancel the order. I ordered the correct product from the same shop and have since received it. I checked the status of the cancelled ordered and its not cancelled and the store wants to ship it to me. I chatted with Lazada today and they said I have to receive and reject the product on delivery because it has a tracking * assigned. The tracking * was assigned as soon as I placed the order even though they don't work on the weekends. The store is completely ok and is frustrated as I am about being unable to cancel the order. I live in a condo and all parcels are received by the security guard who accepts everything. What can I do to get the order cancelled?
