On Monday, April 1, [redacted], I received a text message stating that my parcel with order number # [redacted][redacted] would be delivered. However, I was not at home as I was in Cagayan de Oro with no one to receive the package. Despite informing them that I couldn't make it home, they insisted that I receive the parcel. I explained that it was too far for me to fly from Cagayan de Oro to Davao just to receive the package. I requested that they come back the next day when I would be available. Until now, the parcel has not been delivered, leaving me disappointed with your delivery service. I have been a long-time customer, but this experience has let me down. Good afternoon, My orders arrived, but everything is wrong. 1) I ordered two Monkey King men's jogging pants in Black size Large, but I received gray ones that are too small to wear. 2) I ordered a mobile phone sling bag, but I received a mini bag instead. 3) I received two mobile phones when I only ordered one. I was supposed to pay [redacted] pesos for 3 items, plus a shipping fee, but I received 6 items instead. 3 jogging pants, 1 mini bag, and 2 cellphone bags, when I only ordered one of that kind. They even gave me change of 51 pesos. It seems they decide what to send without considering the customer's order. How can I order from you again if your delivery is so inaccurate? Please resolve this matter. Thank you. Please check who is packing your items and what they are putting in customers' packages. Please fix this.

I purchased a nursery bed previously and needed it urgently. However, the Lazada courier service couldn't deliver it because the product was too large. I requested a refund to buy one locally and received it. The issue now is I can't withdraw the refund from my Lazada wallet as it was processed as a deposit. I want to withdraw the deposit from my Lazada wallet as a refund, not a deposit. Can you please assist me with this matter? Thank you.

Order numbers [redacted] and [redacted] both experienced failed deliveries after two unsuccessful attempts, even though there were no actual delivery efforts made. Surprisingly, no calls were received, while orders from other sellers were successfully delivered. I searched for ways to contact customer service through the Lazada app, but unfortunately couldn't find any. This situation is distressing, especially since I regularly monitor my orders. It seems suspicious as my friends are facing similar issues with their orders. I hope to get in touch with Lazada customer service soon to address these concerns.

My item wasn't delivered as expected. The issue seems to be with the delivery person, Wilson Aguilan, who didn't make any calls or send any texts. I checked my email and saw that the delivery was scheduled for yesterday, but I didn't hear from the delivery person all day. I reached out to another delivery person who usually handles my deliveries, but they didn't have my item (tracking number s[redacted]1). If a redelivery is possible, I would appreciate it if the item could be given to the reliable delivery person I usually deal with. It would be helpful if some corrective action could be taken regarding the previous delivery person's behavior.

When I placed the order for the traveler sim card, the estimated delivery window was stated as April 5-11. However, on the 7th, I received a notification that the item has reached the Manila hub, with the courier estimating delivery on April 12 or later. My concern is that if I do not receive the item by the 11th, I will need to cancel the order. I'm worried if there will be any issues with this cancellation since the latest delivery date initially mentioned was April 11.

I made purchases from Dingge Fashion and SSAF SHOP. Shortly after ordering, I noticed the products disappeared from their shop. Dingge Fashion is no longer on Lazada, which concerns me. Their items were priced very low, and while I initially thought it was a discount, I became suspicious as I tracked my order. Reading feedback, I discovered they were potentially sending different items than what was listed. I tried to cancel, but encountered difficulties. Contacting Lazada by phone or chat proved challenging. I truly prefer to cancel before the items are shipped to avoid the hassle of returns. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I emailed two weeks ago, but still no response. I placed an order during the birthday sale on March 27 and made the payment on the same day. Unfortunately, Lazada did not deduct the amount from my Lazada wallet, resulting in my order being cancelled due to payment failure. Two days later, I received an email and text notification that my item was on its way, but it seems to have been an automated message since I have not received anything. I reached out to the merchant for help, and they mentioned a system failure during the sale. I requested a refund from Lazada via email, but I have not received any response yet. I need the refund as I cannot use the money in my Lazada wallet since I have no other funds to make a purchase. Thank you.

I have been waiting for my package for several days without any prior notice or calls about its delivery schedule. Due to security concerns in my private area, I requested the parcel to be delivered elsewhere nearby. However, Lazada threatened to cancel my order when I made this request, leading to more frustration. Despite my availability being limited due to work commitments, Lazada failed to inform me about the delivery, causing further delays and inconvenience. Now, I have been waiting for my package for two weeks, and the delay is affecting the payment to the sender under cash on delivery terms. I urge Lazada to prioritize customer service and improve their delivery procedures to avoid such issues in the future. I received the Haier HWM60-SX1 Semi-Auto Washing Machine 6kg through direct shipping with free installation in Klang Valley, but I believe I received the wrong item. Despite the status indicating that the refund was completed and issued, upon checking my credit card transactions, no refund has been processed. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken to rectify this issue. Additionally, I ordered the SMASIS [redacted] Wardrobe/Cloth Cabinet/Cloth Storage/Cloth Rack/Cloth Organizer/2 Door Cloth Rack/Modern Cloth Rack/Cloth Decor/Exterior Accessories/DIY Rack/Indoor Accessories/Bedroom Furniture, as well as the SISI Sofa Bed in Brown. Although the packages have been received, the deliveries were not completed. I have only received a piece of the pack list for the mentioned items. Hello, my name is Flor Villaflor. I recently ordered two Navarro products, a bar soap, and lotion, under order # [redacted][redacted]. The subtotal was P498.00 with a shipping fee of P100.00 for two items in two packages. The delivery was made by LEX PH on April 27, [redacted]. Although I was not home to receive the delivery, my daughter accepted the bar soap which cost P149.00 with an additional P50.00 for shipping, totaling P199. She indicated that everything was already paid for, including the shipping fee, but the delivery person insisted otherwise. There seems to be confusion as the Lazada package did not show any amount. I am concerned about further orders with LEX PH delivery if this issue is not resolved. Thank you for looking into this, Lazada.

Hello, I hope you are well. I wanted to share an unfortunate experience I had yesterday. I received a call from someone claiming to be from BPI. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam and disclosed my credit card number to this individual. Subsequently, I received a message supposedly from the bank with an OTP number, which, unbeknownst to me, was used to make a purchase on Lazada, my first time encountering such an incident. Regrettably, I provided the OTP to the caller without thorough consideration. Shortly after, my husband received an email notification on his phone, which is linked to my email account, regarding a purchase on Lazada amounting to 5,[redacted]. If possible, I kindly request your assistance in halting the transaction. I urge you not to fulfill the delivery of the items or to identify the delivery location, as this occurred yesterday at approximately 1 p.m. I sincerely appreciate any help you can provide.

I wanted to share what happened with my recent order return. I sent back the item I purchased because it was missing some parts on May 24, and I returned it to LBC on the same day. On May 27, Lazada sent an SMS about a refund, saying I would receive ₱[redacted] in Refund Credits in my Lazada wallet with an expiration until May 29. When I activated it on my Lazada wallet on May 27, it stated that the withdrawal through the wallet has been processed. Today at 10 am, I went to LBC, and they asked for the LBC remittance number from Lazada, but Lazada did not provide any remittance number. The remittance number is required to open the refund and receive it. Lazada is challenging to reach. I do not know what to do to get back the hard-earned money of my husband, about ₱1,[redacted]. One item from my Order [redacted][redacted], an HDV M618 Converter, placed on May 28th, [redacted], has not been fulfilled by the seller. Despite my repeated messages, the seller has not responded. My cancellation request was denied by Lazada, claiming the item was already shipped, which is incorrect. The tracking information shows the order is still at the seller's shop. I am unable to contact customer service for assistance. This experience has led me to distrust Lazada, and I will not be conducting any future business with them. I have opted to order the same item from Amazon for the same price, as I trust their service. I plan to warn others on Facebook about my negative experience with Lazada.

I recently made a purchase for two pairs of shoes under order number [redacted][redacted]. Upon receiving the package on 06/07, I discovered that only one item, the Brogue England Leather New Style in brown, was included. Despite tracking information indicating both items were delivered, the black shoes are missing. I utilized a credit card for payment, with an additional charge of 100php for shipping. It is imperative that this issue is resolved promptly. If the missing shoes cannot be delivered, I am requesting a refund for the black shoes amounting to 832php plus a 50php reimbursement for the shipping fee. This experience has left me greatly disappointed.

I am frustrated with my order of the Min Tang Women's Flats Outdoor shoes in black, tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I placed the order on June 2nd, and it is still in "processing" status. Despite being told it would ship on June 5th, it did not. I have received no further updates. I am eager for the delivery or a refund and cancellation of the order. Their handling of buyers has been disappointing and frustrating.

I purchased a pair of Min Tang Women's Flats Outdoor shoes in black with tracking number [redacted][redacted] on June 2nd. Unfortunately, my order has been stuck in the "processing" status since then, even after a follow-up call on June 5th when they assured me it would ship that afternoon, which did not happen. The lack of communication is frustrating, and I just want the item to be delivered promptly or to receive a refund and cancel the order. Their customer service has been disappointing and needs improvement.

I placed an order for 2 items from Taobao's collection on Lazada on June 1st. The package had one tracking number, [redacted][redacted], for both items, which were shoes of the same brand and style but in different colors. Upon receiving the delivery on June 7th, I found that I only received one item (the brown shoes). The Lazada app indicates both items were delivered, which is not accurate. I made the payment using my credit card, totaling [redacted].00 pesos. I urgently request that the missing item be either delivered promptly or refunded if delivery is not possible. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this error and hope for a quick resolution.

Hello, I need assistance with our bike order. According to our Lazada account, the delivery was attempted but not successful. We did not receive any communication from Lazada regarding the delivery. This is not the first time we have experienced missing items from them. The amount we paid this time is quite significant, so please find a solution for this.

Billease confirmed the top-up, but there seems to be an issue with the email address linked to my Lazada account. Every time I try to change it, I receive an error message stating "the email is occupied."
