I just received a pillow from Taobao ordered through Lazada. Delivered in nice packaging but when I opened it, it was dirty and had a foul smell. Looks like it was used and dirty spots on the cover. How do I return it asap!! It stings, feel like throwing it away.

Ridiculous, products sent to me... not favourable, I tried to enquire through Lazada how to resolve and return the product, no suggestion and now you are asking me how I resolved it?*I THREW THE **** THING INTO THE RUBBISH BIN ..... THAT'S WHAT I DID !!!!! My suggestion never order*purchase things from Taobao!!!
