I try to top up RM** two time(total RM***) to Lazada wallet. But why always failed? They never mention why fail, but still charge me. After that only received message that say will need *-** working days to refund money. Why it need so many days to refund me? It was unfair for me. Why should my money stuck they for *-** working day? And until now I don't know what's the problem that make me can't top up. *Please let me know:**. The issue that make me can't top up. **. Feel that your app not friendly use for top up. Can improve? **. It was unfair for user that need wait *-** working days to get refund if that was a fail money transaction. Please solve it. I need that money back soon, but not *-** working days. That was stupid.
