We ordered an electric motorcycle bike for our child and turns out the the lid of the compartment is missing also the charger is defective. We ask help for the Customer Service of (AASHOP) to make things right but they don't want to replace the charger and insisting that the lid is in the package. We are paying right so we expect the the item should be in good shape. Please help. We just need the lid and the charger. Thank you
