I made a hotel reservation last year through LateRooms.com using Topcashback. My cash back from Topcashback has been pending since 11 July [redacted]. Unfortunately, Topcashback will not pursue it because it has been more than [redacted] days. I am disappointed and would like to know why LateRooms has not made my £7.35 cash back payable. Even though it's not a significant amount, this situation has negatively affected my perception of their service. I am considering not using LateRooms again, and I may share my dissatisfaction with others. Thank you, D. Keedy

I recently tried booking a room in Bath for December 20th using PayPal. After confirming the payment, I was redirected back to the payment page on Late Rooms and asked to use a different payment method. Despite the pending transaction in PayPal, I have not received any confirmation email from Late Rooms, which leads me to believe the booking was not successful. I am hesitant to make another payment fearing I might be charged twice.
