I didn't register on lastpass.com but it indicates I have an account. I now require a lastpass account for a client to share login details with me. I tried to retrieve my account using the email the system claims I used to sign up. I am exploring ways to recover my account through alternative methods other than the ones provided by official lastpass account recovery. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide on this matter. Thank you.

I have used LastPass without any issues for months, but suddenly I am unable to log in. The system prompts me to set up a one-time password, which I haven't done. I managed to access my passwords through my husband's account by linking them, but my account remains locked. I have submitted two support tickets but have not received a response. When calling, I am directed to an automated system that doesn't solve my issue. The chat support I attempted only offered sales assistance. I am feeling frustrated and unsure of what steps to take next. Unlocking my account and speaking with a real human promptly is essential for me.

I recently changed my password and now I can't remember it. If I cannot access LastPass, please close my current account. I will create a new account, and I request to transfer my latest payment to this new account. If I do not hear back from you soon, I will contact my bank to dispute the charge. I have attempted all the password reset methods provided by LastPass, but I keep receiving a message stating that an email with instructions has already been sent.

As a premium user of LastPass, I have a question regarding account access for multiple users. Currently, two family members and I use LastPass by sharing the same login information. Although LastPass sends verification emails when someone logs in from a new device for security reasons, I worry about access if I cannot respond during an emergency. One of my family members initially struggled with not having the LastPass extension but after installing it, it seems to be okay. We recently enabled dual-factor authentication, and I wonder if this feature eliminates the need for the periodic verification emails. Should we each have individual accounts and share passwords instead? Additionally, I'm curious if installing the Chrome extension prevents the verification emails from being sent out. Thank you, T. I've searched extensively on Google and lastpass.com, but I can't find a clear comparison chart outlining the distinctions and benefits among the free, premium, family, and enterprise license types. It would be helpful to have a marketing sheet online summarizing these details for customers to easily access. I'm unsure why this information is not readily available, and the fragmented details I've come across on the web are insufficient. While I understand the differences for enterprise licenses, I'm struggling to differentiate between the free, premium, and family options. Can someone provide guidance on this matter so I can make an informed decision on which subscription to choose? Currently, I have a free user license. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

I recently updated my LastPass password, but now I can't recall it even with the reminder option. When I tried to recover my account, I received a message stating that the LastPass browser extension hasn't been installed. Regarding my previous communication on 11/9, I reached out because LastPass's customer service hours are limited to Monday-Friday. After multiple attempts and being redirected to GetHuman and JustAnswer, I finally received an email from GetHuman on 11/14 suggesting I call LastPass. On 11/15, after several more tries, I was able to get in touch with LastPass customer service and resolve my issue. While I appreciated the helpful service on 11/15, the lengthy process lowered my overall rating to a 5, as it took a week to reach a resolution. If not for the efficient support on 11/15, I would have rated it a perfect 10.

I stopped using LastPass a couple of years ago because I found it confusing and frustrating. Recently, I discovered a $36 charge on my credit card statement. Looking back, I realized I was charged $24 last year, which I had missed. I want to cancel my account, but I can't remember my password and may have used an old email like [redacted] I don't know if you have my correct name to access my account. Marilyn M.

I am having difficulty accessing my LastPass account as I have misplaced my Master password. Despite attempting to reset it over the past three days, the process has proven to be quite perplexing. My LastPass account is set up on my computer in three different ways: as a desktop app, and as extensions on two browsers (Firefox and MS Edge). I also have it installed on my Android device. I used the same Master Password for all accounts, unaware that each could have its own unique password. Additionally, I believe I added a second email to my account for my Android phone. I am facing issues resetting my password in my web browsers, being informed that the browser app is missing on occasion. At times, it requests a one-time password which I have not configured. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account and update my Master Password.

The delivery of Multifactor Authentication passcodes from various app services like LastPass, Google, and Samsung are significantly delayed, causing them to expire before reaching my device. The usual time for delivery is around 30 minutes. This issue is preventing me from setting up my new tablet for use with certain apps that require MFA or two-step authentication. The device is connected to a stable WiFi network provided by a reliable service provider, with no reported network problems on their end at the moment. Interestingly, other SMS text messages sent by individuals are received promptly, indicating that the issue is specific to passcode delivery from these particular apps.

I accidentally locked myself out of my LastPass account. The account was originally owned by the previous IT manager at my organization who transferred it to me. I changed the password, but now I can't remember it. Unfortunately, there is no password hint set and the recovery email is an old, disconnected number of the previous owner. As the only administrator for the organization, I am stuck.

I work at the internal help desk for Dude Solutions in Cary, NC. We are currently assisting an employee who is struggling to log into certain websites despite having saved passwords and usernames. Our team has already conducted basic troubleshooting and level 1 support. We reached out to LastPass support, but the assistance received has not been helpful. I also attempted to contact them via phone, but the automated message directed me to create an online ticket, which I have already done. This issue is critical and is impacting the productivity of our sales employees. We would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve this matter promptly.

I am having trouble signing into LP as it does not recognize my password, even though I haven't changed it. Despite knowing the answer to my hint, I can't find where to enter it. When I attempt to use Account Recovery and input my email address once more, I receive a verification number which I successfully confirm. Subsequently, I am directed to a new page indicating that I will access my online vault to recover my account but then prompted about using a one-time password for the recovery. Unfortunately, the process halts as my account recovery is unsuccessful due to the absence of extension #[redacted]. This situation is causing all my accounts to be inaccessible, which is crucial since I rely on LP daily. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I realized my password was not working, which had been fine just three hours earlier. I double-checked for any typos while attempting to reset it using Lastpass. However, the code sent to my phone for one-time password recovery was marked as incorrect when I entered it. This situation has made me concerned that there may have been a security breach on my home computer during that three-hour time frame.

Lately, I've been receiving error messages from LastPass indicating connection issues with the servers or temporary unavailability. This problem is becoming a hindrance as it prevents me from logging into websites promptly due to my passwords being inaccessible. I invest in the LastPass family plan, and I'm beginning to doubt if I'm receiving the service I'm paying for. Instead of resolving password issues, LastPass seems to be causing them. Yesterday, I encountered issues with my account. Despite changing my password and using a hint, the problem persisted, and I had to recover my account. However, I am now unable to complete the recovery process as nothing is happening when I click on it. Furthermore, I suspect a prescription price increase, which I perceive as unfair, especially considering the access issues I am facing. After being a long-time user, I now feel hesitant to trust the platform with my data. I rely on this app but require assistance to regain access.

I am experiencing issues with Lastpass. I used the service in the past and recently re-registered with my email [redacted] Although some old passwords are saved, new ones are not being added. Previously, I signed in as [redacted], my preferred email, which was not accepted upon re-registration. How can I resolve this matter?

I've been trying to log in for the past two days but have been unsuccessful despite multiple attempts on various computers with different operating systems. I have tried resetting my password, followed all the steps on the website, and don't use the browser extension. I boot with a live CD, so no information is stored. It seems like there might be an issue with my account on your end. I am confident about my password, especially the previous one.

I recently changed the password for my LastPass account. However, when I attempted to log in later, the new password didn't work even though it matches the hint I had saved. I also tried my old password, which was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the option to revert to my old password isn't appearing on the login screen. When I tried the "Forgot Password" and "Account Recovery Process" options, I encountered an error message stating that the LastPass extension hasn't been installed, even though I am using the browser where it's typically installed. I'm unsure of the issue and wondering if I can recreate my account and import my passwords from a text file on my memory stick.
