I had to erase my iphone and have been using LP. I know my user id and PW. Since I use multi-authentication I can't get signed in as I can't get to emails or anything else. I set up another account with Apple and downloaded the apps but can't do anything that way either. I am in a loop. My emergency contact was unable to help as it says "invalid date". It seems disabling the MF authentication is the easiest. I am leaving on a trip soon and can't do anything. like access my bank, pay bills, etc. My contact number is ***-***-****. I opened a ticket but I am sure you responded by email which of course I cannot access.
