Hello, My name is Marcia L. On March 7, [redacted], I placed an order for a Samsung Phone to be delivered to Sheree F. at [redacted] Linden Blvd. Brooklyn, NY. Despite the tracking information indicating delivery on March 9th, the phone has not arrived. On that date, a package containing an earphone was delivered instead of the phone. The recipients were disappointed as they were expecting the phone. I urge a thorough investigation into this matter to either deliver the phone or issue a refund. I am frustrated with the delivery service from Lasership. Despite my explicit instructions for deliveries to be brought to my door as I live in a building without a doorman, they consistently leave packages in the lobby. Even after emailing them to emphasize the need for doorstep delivery, they marked my package as delivered when it wasn't. This recurring issue is unacceptable, and I plan to escalate my concerns to ensure better service in the future. Companies like Lasership and Spectrum should be held accountable for inconveniencing their customers.

I recently had a concerning experience with Anthropologie regarding the delivery of two items to my office building. Although the tracking showed they were delivered and left at the front door while I was away, I never received them. After being notified that one item was returned, I contacted Anthropologie only to find out it was returned to a store for a gift card. This situation has led me to file a police report for fraud. I was informed that pictures of deliveries are required. Please forward this information to my email at [redacted] promptly. The lack of proper delivery despite providing specific delivery instructions has left me very dissatisfied with the service received.

Tracking ID: LX[redacted]3 Today, 05/07/[redacted], I had a conversation with a Lasership representative regarding a package that was marked as 'attempted delivery'. Despite being at home all day, I did not receive any notification or hear the doorbell ring. The supposed attempted delivery seems inaccurate, and unless I get the package tomorrow, it serves no purpose. During the call with Lasership, I was assured that a note would be left for reshipping, although the system estimates it will be delivered on Thursday. Before I could emphasize the inconvenience, the call abruptly ended. I have invested a considerable amount of time in addressing this issue and need assurance that if the package arrives tomorrow, I will be contacted or the doorbell will be rung upon delivery. Kindly reach out to me promptly. If the package cannot be delivered until Thursday, I would require a refund.

We placed an order with Walmart expecting a guaranteed delivery today, May 11, [redacted], in time for Mother's Day tomorrow. The package was being tracked through Walmart, which is linked to Lasership's tracking system. The tracking number we were provided was 1LS[redacted]25. The package was noted as Out for Delivery at 2:45 PM on May 11 from Dayton, NJ, but unfortunately did not arrive by the end of the day despite the door being open and the house's proximity to the street. We waited with the outside lights on and kept monitoring the tracking site. Upon refreshing the tracking page, an "Exception" error with a message about the delivery not being completed popped up at 8:38 PM, which was puzzling as we were eagerly waiting at home. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach a live person by phone, we tried using the Codee chat function on the site. However, the responses were generic and unhelpful, and the looped messages did not provide any concrete information about the status of our package. By 10:30 PM, the package still had not arrived.

I recently made a purchase on Amazon and my delivery was handled by Lasership, a company that has caused me multiple issues in the past. Despite requesting not to have them deliver my packages, they once again marked my item as delivered when it was not. I reached out to Amazon, who promptly apologized and refunded my order. However, the problem persists as my most recent package was also falsely marked as delivered by Lasership. I have contacted Amazon again, and I am awaiting a response. It is frustrating to see this reoccurring issue with Lasership's delivery service, and I hope that Amazon can address this matter promptly. Their service has been lacking and it is time for them to improve or for customers to seek alternative delivery options. I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience and hope for a resolution soon.

I placed an order on Amazon with same-day shipping. The tracker indicated the package should arrive by 9 pm. However, the updated tracker showed the package was delivered at 8:48 pm on my front porch, but I didn't find it there. I looked around my door, checked the mailbox, and asked my neighbors, but no luck. I'm disappointed that it was left outside without even ringing the doorbell. My package was marked as delivered yesterday morning, stating it was left at my front door while I was on my front porch. Unfortunately, the package never arrived, and I have yet to receive it. I had doubts about lasership from the beginning and contacted Sephora to ensure the gift would arrive by Friday. Despite being reassured, it is now Saturday and still no sign of the package before I head to work. My friend didn't get her birthday present as well. I spent 5 hours attempting to reach lasership with no response. The delayed delivery has caused frustration as the 3-day free shipping has turned into a 7-day wait without receiving what I paid for. The lack of customer service and communication is disappointing. I am left wondering if Lasership is a legitimate business or a deceitful scam. The entire experience has left me feeling let down and I regret using Lasership for this delivery. Where is my package, Lasership?

I am reaching out about a delivery we received on Sunday, 7/28/19 with tracking number 1LS[redacted]66. Unfortunately, the delivery person hit our basketball post. I promptly sent photos to [redacted] on Monday, 7/29/19 after finally speaking with a customer service representative. It was concerning that the driver did not inform us of the incident and just left. Our driveway allows plenty of space for turning, so it seems the driver's skills are lacking. I was in touch with Nevil Williams on Wednesday, July 31, [redacted], but now I am unable to reach him and have not heard from anyone else regarding the matter. I am hopeful Lasership will address this issue appropriately by replacing and installing the new basketball net while removing the damaged one. Thank you. - L.K.

I received an Amazon delivery (Order# [redacted]-[redacted]) on Monday, 8/26, at 1:30 pm at my workplace located at [redacted] Furnace Rd, Suite [redacted], Lorton, VA [redacted]. Amazon's message indicated that the package was left at the front door or porch. I'm unsure if the driver left it outside, near the suite, or handed it to someone inside. The package's whereabouts are unknown as of now. I provided specific instructions for delivery to text me or leave it at the suite, mentioning the building's operating hours from 6 am to 6 pm. Please contact me via email, as I may not always be able to answer calls promptly.

One of your delivery personnel got lost and ended up at my property. He waited in our long driveway behaving strangely, going back and forth from his vehicle to our back door. Concerned, I called the police since my husband was out of town. A neighbor also noticed his odd behavior. The delivery person then moved his vehicle onto our waterlogged yard and got stuck. The police and a tow truck had to be called, resulting in damage to our yard. I am hesitant about the extent of repairs needed. I recently had a package delivered by Lasership through Amazon with tracking number LX[redacted]7. Despite the online tracking showing a delivery time of 8:54 PM, the driver actually arrived after midnight. This disrupted the sleep of multiple generations in a two-family household, including infants, dogs, and working adults. This kind of late-night delivery is unacceptable. I request $[redacted] in compensation from Lasership for this inconvenience and urge them to remind drivers to respect standard delivery hours to prevent similar incidents in the future. I placed an order on Walmart.com on 11/28 with delivery scheduled for 12/2. However, Lasership just notified me that it's now delayed until 12/4. Every time I contact either Walmart or Lasership, I'm put on hold for at least 10 minutes. The customer service representatives are quite rude, talking over me, being curt, and asking irrelevant questions. This delay is frustrating as it was meant to be a 2-day delivery.

I am inquiring about the status of my package that was scheduled for delivery today, 11/4/[redacted]. It is currently 4:51 p.m., and I have not received any delivery attempt nor has the package been left at my building's main door. I have been monitoring the tracking information on the Ulta and Lasership websites, but it only shows an exception without further details. Despite weather delays on 12/2/[redacted]-12/3/[redacted], there were no such issues today which could have affected the delivery. USPS has successfully delivered mail today. Could you please investigate with the Franklin, MA branch? I have previously provided delivery instructions to the driver through the contact form, and deliveries have been made without any problems in the past. I have contacted a Lasership representative before sending this email, and they informed me that aside from previous weather conditions, there are no issues with the package. Yesterday around 8:30 pm, I found an envelope in front of my home instead of the toys I ordered from Amazon. The tracking number is #Lx[redacted]3. I checked with my neighbors, but no one saw the package. I'm unsure if it was delivered or if it's still in transit due to the late delivery time. In the past, I was informed about deliveries by Lasership. If it wasn't delivered, I would like a refund. Thank you.

My carrier keeps leaving my packages in front of my door. I live in an apartment complex, not a house. They need to stop leaving packages without knocking. I have complained multiple times, but it happened again with a package I was waiting for. Now, I have to file a police report just to get a refund. I'm tired of dealing with this issue every time this carrier makes a delivery. Please take action on this and process my refund. Thank you.

This is my first time using Victoria's Secret to ship my order through LaserShip. My package was scanned in at their facility on December 5th at 3:08 pm, then arrived at LaserShip's final service facility at 7:33 pm the same day. On December 9th, I received a notification apologizing for a delivery delay and promising it would be out for delivery the following day at 12:39 pm. Unfortunately, on December 12th at 10:03 am, I received the same message about a delay and another promise for the next delivery day. Now, nearly ten days later, I'm still waiting for my package. This experience is frustrating as I've never encountered such issues with a shipping company before. There seem to be numerous complaints about delayed and damaged packages linked to LaserShip, which is not reflecting well on Victoria's Secret. This situation might end up costing Victoria's Secret $[redacted] as I may need to buy new Christmas items and return the original order if it ever arrives.

Good afternoon, I received a package from LaserShip, but I was disappointed to find it left unattended in the lobby of our office building. The label clearly indicates the specific floor and department it should have been delivered to. If not for the fortunate return of a co-worker, my package could have been taken by anyone passing through. I kindly request that in the future, packages be delivered directly to the specified address on the label rather than being left unattended in the lobby.
