I'm having trouble setting up auto pay, and it's unclear if it's simply for monthly phone payments or if it truly automates the process. This isn't the first time I've faced this issue with your company. Waiting for 32 minutes on hold isn't feasible for me, and a call back option would be greatly appreciated given how busy we both are. Can you please clarify if an auto pay option exists and provide a straightforward response?

This morning, I received a call about my account balance. I made a partial payment on 4/18/[redacted] and agreed to clear the remaining balance on 05/03/[redacted] after receiving my husband's social security payment. When I contacted customer service, the automated system was frustrating. Even after entering my account number, it was deemed invalid. Requesting to speak with a live agent led to an abrupt disconnection with a "goodbye" message. I'm headed to the hospital to visit my husband now, but will get back in touch once I return home.

Around 5:40 AM on June 13th, the water pressure in my entire house suddenly dropped to just a trickle. I checked everywhere but found no leaks, and confirmed the washing machine was not in use. After 5-6 minutes, the pressure went back to normal. I inspected the outside meter, and everything seemed fine. The only explanation I can think of is that there may have been a temporary repair or maintenance issue with the main water line in the street. My address is on Arundel Ave, near Town Center and Desert Inn. Can you please check on this for me? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
