I purchased a duplicate ID online like I have done in the past. I've been waiting for about 3 weeks. Recently, I discovered I am required to come in to take a photo before receiving it. I don't need to do that for my duplicate ID. My current ID is valid until [redacted] and all the information on it remains the same. This unexpected requirement is causing significant delays, and I am frustrated with the errors that have been made. I require the duplicate urgently and cannot wait another 2 weeks for it to be sent. This issue needs to be resolved promptly.
