I just made a *** dollar purchase and on my receipt, there is no mention of the fragrance bouquet travel set or the glow makeup set. When I call to figure it out, the customer service representative tells me that although I just waited for ** mins, I need to call back and WAIT ANOTHER ** mins because my order is not in the system !!! What kind of business is this? This is absolutely ridiculous and makes me want to cancel my entire ORDER. I want clarification on my order and why the promotional products are not available on my receipt. I want my promotional products sent to me and I want to not have to wait one hour to get ahold of a solution.
GetHuman-lucialau did not yet indicate what Lancome-USA.com should do to make this right.
