My account number is ***************-K*. I placed an order on ******** by phone which I paid for by credit card. The items I ordered arrived today and they are fine. However the packing slip states I have account balance of $*.** which is due in ** days. There is no information as to what this is for. I called customer service at *-***-***-**** and the agent could not find anything about it. She referred me to the credit dept. at *-***-***-****. The agent there said my account showed only $*.** due. It appeared to him it was not for the current order of ********** but from some orders I mailed in and paid for by check in **** or ****. I have no records or recollection of orders I placed then. That agent said to wait * weeks or so to see if you sent me a bill. So what do I do? Pay $*.** or $*.** or wait? If money was owed from * or * years ago, why wait till now to request payment in ** days? Would like some definite answer.*Thank you*Dorothy Barger
