I had blood work done at two different locations in Terre Haute - Illiana Internal Medicine Office - Lab Corp and Lab Corp at the Professional Office Building, Union Hospital. Both times, I was charged a co-payment, even though I knew my insurance covers [redacted]%. Every time, my insurance did pay [redacted]%. I would like to inquire about getting a refund for these co-payments. How can I proceed with this?

I scheduled appointments for my parents, Mr. & Mrs. Lovac, on December 16, [redacted], at [redacted] Morrell Avenue in Philadelphia. Despite my mother's polite greeting, Katrina did not respond, which was okay. However, when I inquired about my father's appointment, Katrina was unresponsive and gave a rude look. Feeling upset, I called her out, and things escalated with inappropriate language from both sides. Upon leaving, I greeted the staff, but received no response. This behavior is unacceptable, especially considering the amount we pay for health insurance. I hope for a better experience on our next visit. Thank you, Sanja.

I need a copy of my tests from LabCorp in [redacted]. My doctor hasn't given them to me despite promising to. I can't access the portal as it requires a code to an unreachable email from [redacted]. I can't create a new account with my current email and tech support's patch didn't work. Please send me my reports. Thank you for your assistance.

On 12/26/19 around 5:30 pm, a Lab Corp driver in a Gold Equinox with license plate [redacted]-MKF was seen on [redacted] highway in Plattsburg. The driver dangerously overtook multiple vehicles on a hill where passing is prohibited, endangering everyone on the road. The incident happened in the dark, and shortly after passing, another car appeared over the hill. This reckless behavior could have resulted in a serious accident. It is concerning that a driver with your company's name displayed on the vehicle would drive so carelessly. While I was too shocked and shaken to report this to the Sheriff's Department immediately, it's vital for such behavior to be addressed.

I had a poor experience at LabCorp in Lewisville TX ([redacted] W Main St #[redacted], Lewisville, TX [redacted]). My privacy was compromised when my full name was called out in the waiting room. The staff did not verify my identity before drawing my blood. Additionally, the technician made unsolicited comments about my lifestyle choices, despite not knowing my personal situation. After the procedure, I was left unattended without any guidance. The interaction ended with rude behavior and dismissive attitude. This treatment was unacceptable, and I felt disrespected and undervalued as a patient. I hope LabCorp addresses these issues to ensure better customer care in the future.

Dear Advisors of the M3 Checklist, I am writing to request permission to utilize and cross-culturally adapt the M3 Checklist into Greek for my dissertation at the University of West Attica, Athens, Greece. My research focuses on evaluating the mood and anxiety levels of patients experiencing chronic neck-spinal pain. With the assistance of my supervisor Professor Dr. George Georgoudis, we aim to publish the adapted version in an international journal. Your participation in this project would be highly valued. Sincerely, Christos Petrakis

I visited your Henderson NV location on Lake Mead Parkway today for my 11:15 appointment. When I arrived at the desk, the staff member said she would call me at the appointment time, but it was only 11:08. The waiting room was overcrowded, and as I have an injury, I could only find a seat to wedge into. After waiting for a while, I noticed walk-ins who arrived after me were being called in before me. When I inquired, I was asked if I had done the express check-in, which the initial staff member failed to mention. They eventually took my paperwork, and in an unfortunate breach of privacy, another staff member loudly announced my name and the purpose of my visit. This experience was disappointing as I have visited this location before without any issues.

My husband, age 75, diabetic with heart issues and a cancer patient, faced a troubling experience at Labcorp on Industrial Highway in Paoli, PA. On 2/10/[redacted] at 2 pm, a young male employee refused to draw his blood citing too much paperwork. Despite returning the next day fasted, the same employee directed him to another Labcorp due to their previous interaction, jeopardizing his health and causing immense stress. I seek guidance on how to address this matter effectively, as Labcorp's complaint department has proven unhelpful. My intent is to escalate this issue to the state Attorney General office for consumer protection. It is vital to hold Labcorp accountable for their negligent actions that impact people's lives. Your assistance in identifying appropriate avenues for action would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support in addressing this urgent matter. Sincerely, D.S.

I am concerned about the current situation with the virus, and I have observed that the waiting room is often overcrowded, making social distancing impossible. Despite arriving punctually for appointments, I find myself waiting for an excessive amount of time before being attended to. Additionally, I have noticed that the staff predominantly speaks Spanish rather than English at the Kissimmee FL location on Oak Street. I am 66 years old, and although I am not overly anxious about contracting the virus, I do believe that the testing site should implement better crowd control measures to ensure the safety of all patients. Perhaps restricting walk-ins and prioritizing those with appointments would help alleviate the situation. The current setup not only goes against the recommended distancing guidelines but also leads to unnecessary delays. I believe a more efficient system is needed for the benefit of everyone using the testing services.

I visited the Lab Corp location at [redacted] Post St, Ste [redacted] in San Francisco on March 5th for blood work. I provided my current health insurance card, which was copied by the receptionist. Unfortunately, the billing was sent to my old insurance provider instead of the current one, resulting in a $42.23 charge. I have tried contacting the office and the [redacted] number, but have not been able to reach anyone. Please get in touch with me promptly to resolve this billing issue. Thank you, John (J.R.) Yesterday, I went to have my blood drawn for my doctor. The phlebotomist who attended to me did not wear a mask and was talking non-stop while standing very close to me. This made me extremely upset. I am questioning why proper safety measures were not followed. It is concerning to think that someone in a healthcare setting would act so negligently by not wearing a mask, especially considering asymptomatic individuals can still spread the virus. Despite needing medical procedures, it is unacceptable to be put at risk in this way. The website clearly states that masks are mandatory for everyone, and if I were to contract the virus from this visit, it would be a significant issue. Ensuring safety in healthcare environments is crucial to prevent any unnecessary risks. My name is Jason M, and I can be reached at [redacted].

In April, my husband needed an INR test done. We were told they didn't prefer to draw blood from veterans. Even though his doctor said we could get the test done weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on his INR, when we went in today, they claimed there was no requisition. Despite reminding them of the doctor's order, they still refused to draw blood. I wasn't happy with the attitude we received. My husband, a Vietnam veteran in the Army with Medicare A and B and a secondary insurance, faced confusion due to his dementia. It has been a challenging day just trying to adjust his coumadin. I left a message with the doctor's office, but I am frustrated needing to make multiple trips during this epidemic. It looks like we'll need to go back tomorrow or Monday for the test. I am disappointed with the service and relieved we don't have to deal with this regularly. Veterans like my husband deserve respect for their service to the country.

Today on 5/6/20 at 12:00 PM, I went to the Sheldon Facility for a Routine Blood Draw. The technician, a woman of color, had difficulty finding a vein to draw from on two attempts. I requested to stop the draw as she was unsuccessful. I mentioned beforehand that I have issues with rolling veins. After asking to discontinue, the technician's attitude became unpleasant as she removed the needle quickly, asking what I wanted her to do. I was taken aback by the tone used with me. I politely explained my difficulty with veins. I have been a long-time patient at Lab Corp, and I will not tolerate this technician's behavior again. - B. T.

In April, my husband required an INR test. We were informed that they were hesitant to draw blood for veterans, though he typically goes to a VA draw site. His doctor mentioned an open requisition for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly draws depending on his levels. Today, when we arrived for his lab, they claimed there was no requisition. I reminded them of the doctor's instructions, but they still refused. This situation is frustrating, especially with the added challenges of the current epidemic. My husband, a Vietnam veteran with Medicare coverage, encountered unnecessary complications due to this issue. I have reached out to the doctor's office but still face the hassle of another trip to get the test done. Dealing with his dementia makes these health tasks even harder. The lack of respect for veterans is disappointing; they served their country and should be treated with dignity.

I have been a long-time customer at LabCorp and have been visiting the same location in Lakeland, FL for over three years. During my recent visit, I had a negative experience with a particular black staff member who displayed a bad attitude towards me due to my difficult veins from past drug usage. Despite my explanation and need for butterfly needles, she made the process unpleasant by being dismissive and rude. After a frustrating interaction, another staff member, the Spanish girl, intervened and handled my blood draw professionally and efficiently on the first try, providing a stark contrast to the previous encounter. This incident marks the second time I've had such a complaint, with a prior issue addressed to CarePlus.

I have been a faithful customer at LabCorp for several years, regularly visiting their location at [redacted] Lakeland Hills in Lakeland, FL. During my visits, I encounter a Spanish girl and a black girl. The black girl, who usually draws my blood, often displays a poor attitude, making it clear she dislikes drawing from my wrist due to my history of being an IV drug user. Despite this, she complains about using butterfly needles, even though they are necessary in that area. Her disrespectful behavior includes smacking her lips and muttering comments. Fed up, I confronted her about her attitude, leading to a stressful encounter where she improperly inserted the needle, causing two blown veins. Thankfully, the Spanish girl intervened, calmed the situation, and successfully drew my blood on the first try. This incident marks the second time I've had to raise concerns, with the first being addressed through CarePlus.

I signed up on the website and booked an appointment. The first time was smooth. However, when I tried to book again, the website couldn't confirm my identity. LabCorp couldn't assist me for two years. Now, when I need an appointment, I can't reach them as they've changed their phone number. I've emailed and left a voicemail, but still haven't heard back from them.

I received a call from Marina at the Richboro, PA location this morning regarding a mutual patient. Marina expressed concerns that the patient had incorrectly performed a stool sample and questioned if there could be an alternative test. This led Marina to make inappropriate comments about the patient's mental abilities, which I found highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite my objections, Marina continued to express doubt about ordering the necessary test. I was deeply disappointed by the discriminatory language used and the overall unprofessionalism displayed during our conversation. This incident, combined with previous issues with LabCorp, has left me concerned about the standards of this office. I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I visited Lab Corp in LaPlata, MD yesterday. I fasted and waited for 2 and a half hours. When I inquired about the wait time, I was abruptly told I could go in now. After waiting for 20 minutes for blood work, the staff mentioned there was an issue with the code from my heart doctor. I requested my prescription back and after searching through the trash, it was retrieved. It was frustrating that the staff didn't inform me that they could simply call the heart doctor for the code. I contacted my heart doctor's office, and they were upset and resolved the issue with Lab Corp. I have high blood pressure and a history of heart issues. I will avoid this lab in the future and suggest they provide better training for their staff on basic procedures.

On October 28, [redacted], I searched for your lab in Payson, AZ for blood work (I am from Indiana). Upon finding the location at [redacted] S. Coeur D'Alene, Ste C Payson with phone [redacted] online, I called multiple times only to discover the lab had been gone for six years. After visiting several other places, I eventually found your lab where the receptionist informed me they had moved six years ago and the necessary updates had not been made. I am considering taking further action to address these inaccuracies. Your lack of professionalism and competency are concerning. I expect better from your organization.
