I have contacted you many times and the warranty company as well, and have not heard back from either. I purchased a sectional at the end of **** for over $*,***.** (see attached receipt). It is the most expensive sectional I have ever purchased, and it is also the worst sectional I have ever purchased. You automatically think with purchasing a LaZboy that you would be receiving a quality made product. This sectional is not made that way. It has multiple issues and I want it resolved immediately. If I have to pursue legal litigation I will. I am a single woman and $*,*** is a whole lot of money to me. *I have enclosed pictures of the damages and receipt. I have a five year warranty and expect you to stand by your product.
