I called you all back in March to let you know I have moved and my chair had broken for the second time and because I live in Roanoke Virginia there is not a lazy boy facility or store. Most of the local stores do not work on lazy boys anymore. I found a store that would fix it for me but the chair now has broken for a third time and I've only had it a year-and-a-half it was but and March of ****. Since this is the third time this chair has broken I think it is a lemon and I want the chair replaced. You should have my information on record where I called you all in February or March of this year. The name is Susan Durrer-Lee and my phone number is *** ***-****. I'm tired of waiting for the chair to break its broken out every * months which is ridiculous I think this chair should be replaced with the new one. I would like back a quick response I have a disability and I depend on my chair
