On March **, ****, I phoned the La Quinta in Auburn, Mass., to cancel my reservation for March **-** because of COVID-**. I spoke with the manager, Tamie, who said that there was no problem cancelling the reservation but that I would have to get the refund through Orbitz. Now she says that she has no record of my call and that I was a no show. I was NOT a no show. I cancelled in time. She apparently did not make a proper note of the call. Under pressure from Orbitz, she has approved a refund for * nights. I insist upon a refund for all * nights.

GetHuman-ericvdlu did not yet indicate what La Quinta Returns should do to make this right.
