The issue in GetHuman-myowns's own words
Hello, my name is ELENA GAIDOUK. I stayed at la quinta on **** nw **th st miami, fl since ********** until **********. And then i booked another reservation at snaptravel From ********** untill ********** and i added a note that the reservation is to extend my stay in room ***.. I called the front office to on the morning of october **th to let them know i was extending my stay untill november *nd. They said to come to the front office to sign a paper before **pm. Since it was only still very early in the am I decided to sleep for another hour or * and go sign the paper when i wake up. But it did not quite go the way i planned. I got up because of the phone call from the front office at * pm. The hotel manager said that i need to leave my room and said thati needed checkout. I brie I the And she told me to leave. She told me that since i did not go and sign the paper before ** i will need to leave the hotel because it was to late to extend. I asked her what should i do? I asked her if i can check out now and then check in again at * since i have a prepaid reservation for today. She said that i will no lonfer be able to stay there at all because its the hotel policy and that there is nothing else that she can do. She said that i will need to cancel my nonrefundable reservation that i made with snaptravel. She gave me ** minutes to pack up and leave the property. Never in my life have i seen something similar. I am a paying customer and i get thrown out because i did not sign the paper before ** pm i get banned from a hotel where i been staying for the passed * days. i lost $*** and i had to pay someone $ *** to pick me up with my * huge suitcases. And to let me stay a week at their place. I dont agree with this type of treatment. I have never caused any problems during my stay. I never bothered for anything. Though there were roaches in the rooms and no housekeeping. Im thinking of going to see a lawyer . Bwcause this type od treatment is unacceptable. I am a paying customer and the hotel manager embarrased me and made me leave as if i had no right to be there . She acted as if my stay was over and i did not want to leave. It was brought to her attenyion that i prepayed a nonrefundable reseration for * nights and she did not care that she made me lose the money that i had payed smaptracel to book my reservation to stay at la quinta miami airport north hotel.
