Stayed n Mason Ohio La quota Saturday a little getaway for me n hubby from kids to relax use hot tub eat out n and relax...Well one went to use pool Sat night and it might as well had ice cubes n it and no heat or dehumidifier running the ceiling was dripping cold *** water it was raining n there from ceiling so we went upstairs n out to eat figured we would use n morning hot tub n pool welp rolled down my bed and obvious mold which I took pics of on the white cover that was tucked n my bed black mold!!!!That was removed immediately!!!!So we continue breakfast was great we ate go to enjoy hot tub and welp it should’ve just been outside it was stil raining and pool was prob ** degrees or less no way you getting n unless you wanna go into shock and hot tub would’ve been nice if one it wasn’t raining from ceiling and temp n that room wasn’t below **...We stay at this location a lot and am beyond disappointed complained to both boys at front desk and called and asked to speak to manager Rosa Patel and still waiting on a call...At this point not looking like I will be returning since she can’t even return my call ....Left my name and number with front desk *x now...Plenty other motels a large nice one they r building right next store!!!!
