Hello, *I stayed at your motel located at **** Enterprise Way, Oakland, CA, ***** *****-***** for the a concert at the nearby coliseum for my anniversary. I got back from the event around midnight and parked my car in the first row of the parking lot visible from the front lobby. sometime between then and **AM my car got broken into and several items were stolen including our anniversary gifts. I went to the front desk to notify the clerk and she told me that they are not responsible for anything. I understand that leaving items in the car wasn't the best idea, however the way she handled the situation made me feel like she didn't care and didn't want to help. They didn't offer any towels to help clean up the glass, they refused to review the cameras and rushed me out of the hotel as fast as they could. Check out was at ** and I had employees already accessing my room without my permission at **:** for reasons they wouldn't tell me. I felt so violated and I felt that your employees didn't care about me or the break in. They didn't offer any help or even say I'm sorry. I don't think that how hotels should treat their guest. Human kindness would have been nice, but instead they made me feel worse. I've been staying at your motels for years now and I travel frequently and now I'm not sure if I will anymore. Is there anything you guys are willing to do to make this right?
